This company is a completely rotten. I sent them my camera and didn't hear anything for weeks. I called to see if they had received it and the guy couldn't answer the question. I subscribed to the Ryze network a few years ago. Throughout the time I was a member, I would receive tons of messages from every fake broker known to man kind, particularly from Africa and India. For months I've been trying to contact them to delete my account and they refuse to do so. SportsBuy is also a lousy place to sell cards. They've got a user interface that seems as if it were intentionally designed to make listing cards as difficult and time consuming as possible. They often don't bother to even acknowledge feedback or suggestions. Selling a card for $0.25 results in $0.92 worth of transaction and "payment processing" fees (which I guess they justify by taxing the buyer $2.10 for shipping and "buyer protection"). I will never rent another apartment from these people again. The office manager Heather is the rudest person ever!!! she took us to court for being late on our rent. I ordered $80 of stuff from then, got an automated receipt, and then heard nothing for 2 weeks. I contacted them via email, via txt message as they suggest as well. This company switched me from my previous provider to their company in July of 2010 and sent written correspondence to loo for a package and new cards. Those documents never arrived at my mailing address which they had on file from my Pennyslvania Life prior policy. I had a fairly basic plan that cost me $39.20 a month.
