WC Value Plus-
November 1, 2006
I just check my bank account and saw that WC value plus charged $19.95 to my credit card. I called 1-800-475-1942, spoke to a customer service rep. She couldn't explain what they offer etc. And all i was able to do was cancel my "so called account", they say i applied or created. Someone must do something about this company scamming people. I used the Geek Squad and if you have a problem after they leave you are screwed unless you want to spend more money with them. Sundial Homes
November 1, 2006
We bought our home and paid a premium because we were backing on to a future school site. After 4 years, the school board decided not to build the school there. The builder now is planing over 40 homes in this area. We did not receive the premium we paid to have this lot. To add insult to injury, in our new home, one of the rooms floor ventitlation does not work. No air conditioning, no heat. We had this room as a spare and never paid attention til one of the kids decided to move into this room. read full review »

Cross Country Van Lines
November 1, 2006
I hired Nationwide Movers to move my belongings from Boston to TX. Apparently Cross Country Van Lines (CCVL) was contracted to do the labor. CCVL showed up early and in a hurried mode where unwanted items were shipped and wanted items were not. Also, I was billed $25 for their placement of my TV in a Big Box without any mention of the "cost for their help." I was promised my delivery by Sept 19. I phoned several times shortly before, on, and following that date with no response. The response I did get one time was, "it will be... read full review »

Dell Dimension 4600 Desktop Computer
November 1, 2006
My complaint is against Dell Computer, Inc. I’ve been a long time loyal customer of Dell and now I find myself rethinking whether I want to continue to do business with this Company. Recently I had tech call with Dell on my Dimension 4600 Desktop Computer. After a local power failure I was unable to turn my computer back on. The Tech had me go through a series of diagnostic procedures to determine what the problem was. I didn’t mind unplugging and plugging cords, but when I was asked to open the side of the computer I felt... read full review »

The Right One
October 30, 2006
Dating services have it made. They take our money and then provide poor service and leave us with no recourse. I signed on with their serivce to provide nine dates at a large sum. I told them my specific criteria and also that another service would not take my money as they did not have enough quality dates in my age range. They assured me that they did. The first three dates were older than I set for my limit, out of my income criteria, and in my profession that I clearly stated I did not want to date. October 30, 2006
This company is dishonest. The company has at least five different addresses. They advertise in the Sacramento Yellow Pages with a residential address to make you think they are in Sacramento. The company is actually 100 miles away in San Jose. They were two hours late because they were stuck in traffic. The mover told me that he was required for insurance purposes to shrink wrap my furniture. I have five pieces of furniture. He took two hours to shrink wrap the furniture and the other mover stood out in the truck doing nothing. Once we... read full review »

My son put a contract on a house and property for sale by Caldwell banker agent representing HSBC the end of June, 2006. The contract was accepted and ernest money put down. My son paid the $400 for the appraisal and waited. Now, the end of October, he is still waiting. As it turned out, there were leans against the property when it was put up for sale...in essence, it was sold 2 times in one week. It was finally determined that the back taxes were owed and that the owner, HSBC, would pay the taxes. Now after the loan and appraisal have... read full review »

I will not write too much as my previous report was completely accurate, but I would like to respond to one specific claim Byron Rainer made.
