On October 18, 2006 I ordered a meatball parmesan hero on garlic bread from Royal Pizza on route 112, in Patchogue. When I got home and opened up the hero, there were TWO meatballs on the entire hero!
One on each side, cut in half! Pathetic! And I was charged over five dollars for this "hero"! My sandwich was mostly bread and cheese.

Logitech Rebate
A year ago I purchased a Logitech keyboard that CompUSA advertised for $5 after mail in rebate.
I followed all the directions and completely filled out the rebate form with mailing address (which is a PO Box because I live in a small town that will not deliver mail to my house) and street address. I have not had problems with other companies rebates for larger sums of money doing this.

The service is absolutely bottom of the barrel, the phone calls are full of static and delays. This is why I tried to cancel in the first place. I warn everyone to stay away from this company!

I purchased 4 appliances from Home Depot in Biloxi Mississippi to repair our Hurricane Katrina damaged home in Long Beach Mississippi. I bought some of them on clearance. I paid for them and when I came to pick them up a week later Home Depot had sold them again to somebody else. They then offered me lesser appliances for the price of the reduced ones. For all you credit card haters out there, I have a good one for you. I signed up for a Home Depot Credit Card run by Citigroup for the promotional $25 off your first purchase. I have a Sears Kenmore Elite H3 Washer that has a moldy smell. The rubber gasket smells and I have wiped out mold from underneath the gasket. I have called Sears and Kenmore without any help. My wife and I opened an account at this bank a couple of weeks ago. We reviewed the banks funds availability and felt we had everything down pretty well. Boy were we wrong! We made a deposit through the ATM machine. The receipt showed the amount which became available and we took the bank at it’s word via the receipt. This is a petty amount, but it is still fraud and needs to be reported. Explore USA took, without authorization, $1.00 from my bank account. This account was empty at the time, resulting in an overdraft. I have no idea how they got my bank account number. A few weeks later, a very nondescript envelope came. It looked like junk mail and was nearly torn up. Now it said I was a MEMBER of this Explore USA and they were going to charge my account $19.95 per month for something. Well, they can't! We purchased a beautiful stainless steel, glass top, hidden element Maytag range in mid-2005. After we performed the self clean mode, the oven did not heat up any more. My husband and I purchased a furnace in January of 2006 from Sears. We got several estimates but being newly married with a seven month old baby, we were in a financial bind and believed that the no payments/no interest for one year would serve us best. Absolute Poker advertised an online $100,000.00 tournament through my local radio station. After it started, the tourney page indicated only 1st place will be paid, and the prize was a seat at the 2007 WSOP Satellite tourney. I have had this account since 1997. I have always paid my bill on time and in JUN/JUL paid in full a statement for $8,000.00. Prior to Chase taking over AOL/Visa there has never been a problem. Last month I needed $20.00. It was a Saturday and my bank was closed. I called the Customer Service 800 number to make sure that with my pin I could use it at a Chase ATM without charges. I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe new in 2001. I also bought a years worth of oil changes. There was, and still is, an intermittent problem involving the lights. The lights go off by themselves while driving. In the early morning of March 12th of 2005 I tried to take my own life. In a drunken hopelessness I took as many of my newly refilled prescriptions of Welbutrin, Stattera, and Zoloft as I could fit into my stomach. In 2004 I overpaid my Shell gas credit card by $200. Shell sent me a check for the same amount while I was in Indonesia, working the tsunami disaster... Consequently the check was voided (90 day limited). Note: Shell does not honor, like most businesses, a plus balance on an account.
