Sears / Kenmore Elite H3 Washer
I have a Sears Kenmore Elite H3 Washer that has a moldy smell. The rubber gasket smells and I have wiped out mold from underneath the gasket. I have called Sears and Kenmore without any help. Just transferred to many different depts. I have written the Sears Corporation and have not heard back (it's been 3-4 weeks). They want to charge me 65.00 just to have a technician come out to tell me what's wrong. I know what's wrong - it's growing mold. Just look at all the complaints on epinions.com I just want them to come out and... read full review »

The job discussed was completely remaking an old fireplace that was unusable. The job was supposed to take about a week and had gone on for two months. They had almost completed the job but had to tear it down and start again as it was so bad, it was not salvagable. The owner of the company has been onsite only once. TollFreeMax.com
I emailed [email protected] 6 months ago to cancel my account. They kept billing me. I emailed them again 3 months ago and they kept billing me. I called, told them I want to cancel, they hung up on me. I called again and was put on hold for 49 minutes.
They refuse to refund me or cancel my account.
The service is absolutely bottom of the barrel, the phone calls are full of static and delays. This is why I tried to cancel in the first place. I warn everyone to stay away from this company!

On 10/9/06, I purchased a 3 month subscription for the website www.butchfemmematchmaker.com. The payment was processed through their payment processing company, www.2co.com. On 10/10/06, I was still not able to access the members only benefits the subscription paid for, so I contacted the payment processing company. They replied, stating they would contact the website and inform them of the problem. I had not heard back from either company on 10/11/06, so I contacted butchfemmematchmaker.com and notified them of the problem. They replied... read full review »
Logitech Rebate
A year ago I purchased a Logitech keyboard that CompUSA advertised for $5 after mail in rebate.
I followed all the directions and completely filled out the rebate form with mailing address (which is a PO Box because I live in a small town that will not deliver mail to my house) and street address. I have not had problems with other companies rebates for larger sums of money doing this.
They sent me a postcard stating that I did not have my street address on the form. I called the number to tell them I put my street address on the... read full review »

Andy,
Well, we would be interested in driving to get a good deal. I am not quite sure Russ Darrow of Greenfield is a dealership we would want to deal with.....?????
Saturday's dealings sure didn't put Russ Darrow or you in a very good light. We wasted a lot of time with nothing to show for it. Since I was skeptical about the $6,000 discount, I specifically asked you if Mazda 5s were discounted $6,000. You said... read full review »
Food Service / Pizzeria
On October 18, 2006 I ordered a meatball parmesan hero on garlic bread from Royal Pizza on route 112, in Patchogue. When I got home and opened up the hero, there were TWO meatballs on the entire hero!
One on each side, cut in half! Pathetic! And I was charged over five dollars for this "hero"! My sandwich was mostly bread and cheese.
For a business that is as busy as it is, I'm sure their profits are very good. They could and should put at least FOUR meatballs on a hero, two on each side, cut in halves! Meatballs are cheap... read full review »
Dawn Power Dissolver
A few months ago I purchased two bottles of your Dawn Power Dissolver. It is a great product; however, I am out and although I have searched everywhere for it, I cannot find it. I don't know if it is in a new place in the stores or why I can't find it but my local Safeway, which is where I bought it originally, no longer has it. Can you tell me where I can purchase it or order it through the mail.

This is a petty amount, but it is still fraud and needs to be reported. Explore USA took, without authorization, $1.00 from my bank account. This account was empty at the time, resulting in an overdraft. I have no idea how they got my bank account number. A few weeks later, a very nondescript envelope came. It looked like junk mail and was nearly torn up. Now it said I was a MEMBER of this Explore USA and they were going to charge my account $19.95 per month for something. Well, they can't! I changed the debit account number. This is FRAUD, pure and simple. read full review »
