Top Cleaners at 4400 Brownsville Road in Powder Springs, Georgia. (770) 222-0809. They shrunk a Pendleton wool bedspread approximately 12 inches the whole way around, was a queen, now won't fit a double bed. They refuse to refund our dry-cleaning cost and the cost of the wool bedspread. They are listed on the Better Business Bureau as having other complaints from other customers with unsatisfactory outcomes. We will probably end up taking them to small claims court. As you know, a Pendleton wool bedspread is around $300 and is suppose to last a lifetime, we only had it 4 years. We are very upset and disappointed. Thank you. read full review »

I purchased a new rebuilt motor for my 1988 toyota 4runner, from US ENGINES in Auburn,WA.
I paid $1450.00 for this new motor with such a great warranty. figured I could not go wrong..
8 years 80,000 mile warranty..

Will not give information on where you can get local repair service. Local service companies can not get ANY information on HDTV DLP TV's.

I am writing this letter to advise the public on my dissatisfaction with the purchase of a 48"GE Monogram refrigerator.
We built a home in Draper, Utah and moved in on May 5, 2005 . We had all GE appliances, including a 48" Monogram fridge. In the beginning of August of 2005 we found the fridge had leaked al over our hardwood floor in the kitchen. We had purchased the extended warranty. I bought 2 Stratolounger recliners, XP 3-7699, of which I was told that the mechanism was guaranteed a life time. One of the chairs needs a new mechanism, but I can't find Stratolounger to get the new mechanism, and I was wondering if you could help me find a place to repair them or for us to get a new mechanism?

I purchased Amana stove model AGR5735QDS from Sears in November, 2003. It is a self-cleaning model. I cleaned it one time after I had the stove about a year (I don't use the oven very often). The second time I tried the self-cleaning option it didn't work - June, 2006. I called a local authorized service repair center who told me the unit needed a new circuit board - the price would be about $350.00 which turns out to be 30-40% of the cost of the stove.

I purchased a DVD camcorder from samsclub.com auction site for $320
When the product arrived, it was a open box display model. With smugs on the lens and dust on the view screen. The underneath had worn marks form the display tripod.
I called up the customer service and they say that it is what they sell in auction site!!!!!!
Then why dont they say so in the site, Why should i bid for a display model ??If it is a floor model I will bid accordingly. There is nothing in the site which says that i am bidding for a open display floor model.

I purchased some food from the above chicken take away outlet on 20/10/2006 at approximately 14:35. I was disgusted to later find out that my friend ( Mr Philip Towersey 0 who was present when I purchased the food said he saw the guy who served me was picking his nose as I placed my order, he was also scratching the back of his hair. I find this totally disgusting and unacceptable. I would have thought that anyone handing food should at least be wearing gloves let alone picking their nose.

I purchased a Whirlpool Calypso washer about three years ago. I had about 8-10 service calls on it in a 1 year time frame due to many problems. Best Buy replaced it under the Lemon Law last year with same model at my request. I had purchased the extended warranty which was pricey!

My complaint about Telkom is not just serious it is ridicules. In the last six months our ADSL line were stolen 7 times the last time on the 20 October two days after they replaced the previous line that was stolen the fastest response time so far was four days but normally it takes 11 and it did take them 15 days once before to reconnect the line. We bought our Hitachi 50" 50V525 model Tv from sears canada and it was delivered in September 2005. As we were moving into our new home ( not until October 2005) the Tv sat until then.
It worked fine until July2006 when it started to act up. Picture would just go off and screen would turn blue.
We called sears before the year warranty period was up and also purchased at an additional $250.00 an extended warranty.

Andersen Windows makes some fine products, but electric-powered, venting roof windows is not one of them. I bought four such windows in 1994. The gears of the roto-operators (both the pre- and post-1998) become stripped/dislocated within 5-10 years. In addition, the electric power operators don’t fit well onto the roto-operators and need adjusting every year or two. After twelve years of problems with these windows, I have now given up trying to make them operate properly. read full review »

I am VERY dissatisfied with my Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 924. I will never purchase a Dell Printer Again! It is extremely hard to change the ink cartridges. The design of the printer does not lend itself to ease and convenience for older people to see how to replace the ink cartridges. I have spent 3 days trying to get the printer to work. I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from Lowes in Elk Grove, CA on 9/18/06 for next day delivery. The product was delivered to our house the next day. Unfortunately, the delivery guy made a big scratch on the door of the refrigerator. Out stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando was a huge disappointment. On our arrival on 7 October Saturday we were informed that the Hard Rock Hotel didn’t have any rooms available to honor our reservation. Our desk attendant was nice and wanted to be helpful but it was very difficult to understand him since he spoke very broken English. I am in the US Navy and was stationed in the UK between July 2001 and July 2004. I took a trip to Bucharest, Romania in 2003 if I am not mistaken and booked a flight on Alitalia Airlines. I bought a Whirlpool Gold refrigerator side by side with freezer in Aug. of 2005 at Lowe's in 2005. From the start the freezer had an ice cube problem. I called for service 3 times for the same problem. Ice wouldn't dispense, it leaked water and ice would stick up in the ice cube maker in the freezer maker in the freezer part itself. This company will tie you in to a five year contract make all types of offer and once you sign the paper work there is no out of this contract they will not even charge you an early termination fee, they told me they will just ruin my credit and report me to the credit bureau. So if you loose your job or if you find out that your child is ill and he requires expensive meds you can not break this contract. They are money hungry and once my contract expires in dec of 2008 i will leave this company never giving them any of my business.

I ordered the storm shutters in april and gave them a deposit of 15000.00 . They were supposed to install them in september, the owner came out in sept and told me they needed to upgrade the material and it would be another deposit of 4000.00 they came out in october and started to install but left after four hours, now i have half of the shutters laying around my property. Every time i call to see when they are comming back they have another excuse i have been waiting for three weeks for them to complete the job.

I inherited a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition from my father-in -law in August of 2006. I was just looking over the truck and noticed that the upper ball joint rubbers were busted open and all of the grease was gone. I got the truck at 24000 miles and now it has 28000 miles. The truck is over 3 years old and out of warranty. Does anyone know if there is any recourse from the factory about this? I undrestand this is a widespread problem on these trucks.

We gave them the dates when we would have to move (We were closing on the new house on the 10th, so had to be in the new city that day) and had informed the people coming in for the estimate of this fact. First Premier Bank withdrew money from my account with authorization and did not post it to my account. It has been 8 days now and counting. First they told me it was some sort of security hold, I asked to speak to the security people and was told. "they don't have a phone in security", Then I was told by another person that they have the right to withdraw funds my checking account and hold them for up to 20 days.

I bought a Superba S/S model KSRA22ILWH3 over a year ago (April 05) from KA's (i.e. Whirlpool) warehouse in Laval Quebec. I have no issues with clearance, plenty of space all around. This July it stopped cooling properly, so had to call in for servicing. 86$ later, the technician added some freon. Two days ago, same issue.
