Top Cleaners at 4400 Brownsville Road in Powder Springs, Georgia. (770) 222-0809. They shrunk a Pendleton wool bedspread approximately 12 inches the whole way around, was a queen, now won't fit a double bed. They refuse to refund our dry-cleaning cost and the cost of the wool bedspread. They are listed on the Better Business Bureau as having other complaints from other customers with unsatisfactory outcomes. We will probably end up taking them to small claims court. As you know, a Pendleton wool bedspread is around $300 and is suppose to last a lifetime, we only had it 4 years. We are very upset and disappointed. Thank you. read full review »

I have a complaint about Farmers Insurance Group. I had an account with them two years ago. I canceled that account and zero my balance. Then a month later I received a bill for a new premium. I went personally to their office and explained that I no longer had an account with them and they said they would take care of it. The next month I receive another bill. I had brakes put on my car at the Meineke at 3861 North Druid Hills in Decatur, GA. The shim came off the driver’s side brake. Mr. Brad Augutus refused to replace the shim despite the fact that it was within the warranty on the receipt. He then threw the shim in a garbage can behind his desk. I asked him to return the shim to me. He refused and told me to get it myself. I bought 2 Stratolounger recliners, XP 3-7699, of which I was told that the mechanism was guaranteed a life time. I purchased Amana stove model AGR5735QDS from Sears in November, 2003. It is a self-cleaning model. I cleaned it one time after I had the stove about a year (I don't use the oven very often). The second time I tried the self-cleaning option it didn't work - June, 2006. I called a local authorized service repair center who told me the unit needed a new circuit board - the price would be about $350.00 which turns out to be 30-40% of the cost of the stove. I purchased a DVD camcorder from samsclub.com auction site for $320 When the product arrived, it was a open box display model. With smugs on the lens and dust on the view screen. The underneath had worn marks form the display tripod. I called up the customer service and they say that it is what they sell in auction site!!!!!! I purchased some food from the above chicken take away outlet on 20/10/2006 at approximately 14:35. I was disgusted to later find out that my friend ( Mr Philip Towersey 0 who was present when I purchased the food said he saw the guy who served me was picking his nose as I placed my order, he was also scratching the back of his hair. I purchased a Whirlpool Calypso washer about three years ago. I had about 8-10 service calls on it in a 1 year time frame due to many problems. Best Buy replaced it under the Lemon Law last year with same model at my request. I had purchased the extended warranty which was pricey! The same model, round two, had the exact same problems with the U joints, leveling off balance, not spinning the clothes properly, drain lines clogging, etc... My complaint about Telkom is not just serious it is ridicules. In the last six months our ADSL line were stolen 7 times the last time on the 20 October two days after they replaced the previous line that was stolen the fastest response time so far was four days but normally it takes 11 and it did take them 15 days once before to reconnect the line. We bought our Hitachi 50" 50V525 model Tv from sears canada and it was delivered in September 2005. As we were moving into our new home ( not until October 2005) the Tv sat until then. Andersen Windows makes some fine products, but electric-powered, venting roof windows is not one of them. I bought four such windows in 1994. The gears of the roto-operators (both the pre- and post-1998) become stripped/dislocated within 5-10 years. In addition, the electric power operators don’t fit well onto the roto-operators and need adjusting every year or two. I am VERY dissatisfied with my Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 924. I will never purchase a Dell Printer Again! It is extremely hard to change the ink cartridges. The design of the printer does not lend itself to ease and convenience for older people to see how to replace the ink cartridges. I have spent 3 days trying to get the printer to work. I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from Lowes in Elk Grove, CA on 9/18/06 for next day delivery. The product was delivered to our house the next day. Unfortunately, the delivery guy made a big scratch on the door of the refrigerator. Out stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando was a huge disappointment. On our arrival on 7 October Saturday we were informed that the Hard Rock Hotel didn’t have any rooms available to honor our reservation. Our desk attendant was nice and wanted to be helpful but it was very difficult to understand him since he spoke very broken English. I am in the US Navy and was stationed in the UK between July 2001 and July 2004. I took a trip to Bucharest, Romania in 2003 if I am not mistaken and booked a flight on Alitalia Airlines. The trip to Romania was a nice one but upon my return flight back it was a nightmare. First the flight lost my luggage and I had to wait two hours in line to file a claim with the airline at the airport. I bought a Whirlpool Gold refrigerator side by side with freezer in Aug. of 2005 at Lowe's in 2005. From the start the freezer had an ice cube problem. I called for service 3 times for the same problem. Ice wouldn't dispense, it leaked water and ice would stick up in the ice cube maker in the freezer maker in the freezer part itself. This company will tie you in to a five year contract make all types of offer and once you sign the paper work there is no out of this contract they will not even charge you an early termination fee, they told me they will just ruin my credit and report me to the credit bureau.
