The fingerprint device for allowing the user not to remember passwords is flawed. You place our finger on the device and it automatically enters your password at many web site locations. Immediately after loading the program, on my hp pavillion dv8000 laptop with 512mb of ram, i noticed it was becoming unstable. I received a phone call from these marketing people, they offer a gas card- free for $50.00. It was real foggy, then they zap your charge card each month; $19.95 until it takes 3-4 months to get straight. I do not know who "sold" them my charge card # but they acquired the last 4 digits. I have been sent to a collection agency to collect what i owe American express my account has been closed yet American express continues to hit me with high interest late fees and over limit fees. The amount sent for the collection agency keeps changing and no one from American express will talk to me about stopping these charges. Most credit card companies when sent to collection agency will stop all charges and collect only the debt owed at the time sent to collection agency. It is so painful that I have to write this, for I love the products at Ross, but the shopping experience is all but pleasant. 1st contact (binding estimate) stated any additional cubit feet would be billed at time of pick up. Purchased a new gas grill from Sears in Norman, OK on a Friday September 15th for $499. It would not fit in our Explorer so we made arrangements to return the next morning with a PU truck to pick up the grill. On 10-30-06 I rented a 26 ft truck from U Haul in Springfield Ill to drive to Urbandlae Iowa. This company has a member of BBB sticker on their door. Don't fall for it they are no member. I bought furniture that is advertised as used, reconditioned furniture. I have had problems with every item I purchased. I used my visa card to purchase a recent moose hunting trip at Fairmont's canadian location, Kenauk. I have been hunting Kenauk for 12yrs. Two years ago, I purchased a brand-new Maxtor DiamondMax 160-gigabyte hard disk drive. Today, the hard drive has failed. Maxtor is under no obligation to do anything about it, since the product had only a one-year warranty. This is the classic case of a product breaking down as soon as the warranty expires. On November, 4, 2006, I purchased 14 tubes of Mapi Keracaulk from Fontile. The quantity was determined by my contractor, who grossly over-estimated the amount needed. The Fontile employee who sold me the caulk said I could return any unused stock for a refund. Fontile refuses to issue a refund on the 9 unused tubes of caulk. Gordon Moving company in Lake Forest California moved my goods from my residence into their storage facilities and then transported them from California to Indiana.
