December 4, 2006
I have never in my life experienced customer service as bad as this. Since placing my order on the 19th (express delivery) of November, i haven't received anything but the run around from the ignorant jackasses in the order department of efashion solutions on behalf of babyphat.com. Every time a call is placed for the status of my order i'm being told something different. It has gotten to the point where efashions is blaming usps and usps is blaming efashions. That has nothing to do with me. It's now December and i'm still... read full review »

Bank of America - Sonoma, Ca
December 4, 2006
I took a cashiers check made out to me for $9000.00 to my bank of 43 years and asked them to make sure it was good because I thought it could be a phony check. The teller told me it would clear by midnight. I called the next day to make sure it was truly okay. I spoke to a man named David and told him to check this check out again because I still thought it could be phony. He put me on hold for about 2 minutes and came back and said the check was okay. I asked him again would this check ever come back to haunt me and be no good. He again said... read full review »

Empire Transportation Ltd.
December 4, 2006
I had my brand new truck shipped from Florida to California. When they delivered my truck they had parked the transport vehicle about 6 blocks from my house. That seemed strange to me since my house was located on a very large street and closer to the highway. But being the trusting person that I am I just let it go. So I gave my car one quick inspection for any damage and didn't see anything. After I signed the waiver the man left in quite a hurry. Then I sensed something was not right, so I really looked at my car thinking he must have... read full review »

HP Pavilion dv4000
December 3, 2006
The back plastic cover of the LCD around the hinges started cracking a couple of months after I purchased the machine. It is getting worse by the day. I called HP customer service but I was told that I had to pay over $600 to replace the LCD, even though this is clearly a design flow. The customer service representative was among the worst I had encountered. It was easier to talk to a machine. He kept telling me that he inputted the word crack in some support database and it came back with "must pay over $600". How is it possible... read full review »

I hired AA ON LINE MOVING & STORAGE, INC. to move me from Manalapan, NJ to Manchester NJ. When they reached their destination of my new home, we were running late. Do to the delay in my closing. Do to the fact that it was late in the day. They said that they were in a hurry to leave. So instead of putting my labeled boxes in the right rooms. They just put everything in the wrong rooms. Verizon FiOS Internet / Digital TV
December 1, 2006
Verizon continues to suffer from the attitudes developed when they ran a monopoly and consumers had no other choice. The market is very different today and consumers are in the driver’s seat. But Verizon remains incredibly difficult to deal with, even when you are trying to buy something from them. Case in point: I work from home and have Verizon FiOS internet service. It’s a job requirement that I maintain internet service with static (fixed) IP addresses, so this costs me over $100 per month. I have a nice, new HDTV and... read full review »

I purchased a Viking double oven and my wife went to bake a cake after we had it for 6 months, she does not bake much. The cake burned after cooking only 10 minutes, the thermostat was 100 degrees off. So I called the local appliance dealer we bought it from they came and replaced the part (thermostat) after waiting 6 weeks. The technician when replacing the part scratched the face plate around the knob and ruined it so now you cannot read all the markings on it, to set on correct temp. We paid $3800.00 for that oven and have had problems from... read full review »

General Motors 2003 Avalanche
December 1, 2006
I have purchased a 2003 Avalanche and at 65000 miles while driving down the road third gear went out. At first I thought that it might be an electrical failure of the transmission solenoid. When I took it to the gm dealer I had to have my transmission replaced. After talking to several Gm owners I found three that had the same problem. From what I understand the sun gear lets go and guts the transmission. GM has a problem and they are not addressing it. They would rather pass the cost over to the consumer and forget about it. read full review »
