The only time I ever used my Debit Card was to order Auto Cool from TV Ad in August 06. The following
month I was charged $48.88 by GPM Auto Cool. That was correct. I also saw a 19.95 by WC Value Plus, which I had never heard of. I was also charged $19.95 in October and November. These (WC Value Plus) charges were NOT AUTHORIZED. The only place anyone could have gotten my info was from GPM Auto Cool. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General Office and need an Address for WC Value Plus if anyone has it. Also need to know if anyone getting ripped off by WC Value Plus Ordered Auto Cool.

The company required $300 up front to provide qualified life & health ins. leads in a zip area. Leads provided are deducted from deposit. 22 leads were provided most in bad areas, I kept protesting and asking for credit for these bad leads. Some were granted but never credited. My daughter ordered flowers for her grandmother's 84th birthday on Firday(12-15-06). Upsie delivered them to the wrong house and they sat outside for several hours. They told my mother that she should go get her own flowers that they were two doors down. They delivered the flowers 6 blocks away to a duplex that is empty. Warning to truck owners thinking of purchasing a Freightliner M2 with Botrom seats.
I purchased a Freightliner M2 with a 22’ box and sleeper from Alumi-bunk in Feb. 2006.
With in a week of me driving the truck. I was in the hospital with one third of my back injured. I don’t know what the problem is with the design of the truck I am only a driver. I bought a Cingular Wireless BlackBerry in Hawaii before I moved to New Mexico. The salesman told me, "no problem, if it does not work you can cancel service and will not have to pay the contract cancellation fee."
After I moved, the phone did not work so I bought a new phone that allows an added external antenna. The salesman told me, "The unlimited text messaging is included in your $49 PDA plan."

I was quoted a price of $30.00 per month for broadband internet service by an Adelphia sales person at the Jensen Beach, Florida office. After showing the sales person the add for $24.00 a month, I asked and was told that my on going price for an upgraded service of 4.5 internet broadband speed would be $30.00 per month. I returned some ink cartridges to Clickinks the day I received them, because they were not what I wanted. (Clickinks promises on their web site that they will give a full refund for any unsatisfactory product.)
Clickinks received my registered mail package on Dec 2; I spoke with Clickinks consumer representative "Melissa" on Dec 4 and she said that the refund would be handled by Dec 6.

Value Plus offers gift cards to local fast food joints, rebates at online malls, get a free 25 dollar gift card for signing up, and again no place to go to.

My Net10 Go phone had 1400+ minutes as of Thanksgiving Day. On the day after Thanksgiving, I tuned it on and found the minutes was reset to 0 minutes and the due date was reset to 00/00/01 and I was not able to make any calls due to the 0 minute. Wild West Domain is Ace of Space's affiliate registrar, which turned out to be another sore spot. Wild West Domains, a company based in Arizona, dragged their feet to transfer my domain names. First, they said it would take 60 days for the transfer to take effect. When I asked why such delay, they invoked ICANN regulations. CHI Host, happens to be one of those companies that are "full of hot air". Their "24-hour technical support" never returns my phone calls. On their website they boast a 99.9% uptime guarantee. I was with them for only 3 months and my websites went down twice already, bringing the uptime down to 99.25%. The fraction seems negligible, but not when you compute the downtime in number of hours. I have been trying to return 6 bottles from "money back guarantee" offer of "Breast Gain Plus". There is no phone number listed (in the directory either) and I was instructed to email to get an "RMA".. I have not been contacted from the company with this number. I have requested a RMA number to return 8 times! (since February 2006)

Buyer beware! Do not purchase a compute from dell corp.,under the so called"interest free plan". This so call plan does not exist. Their interest free plan has an annal percentage 29.99% and i am a preferred customer. Can you imagine how much the interest would be if i weren't a preferred customer?

In Nashville, Tennessee I was stopped at an intersection with no traffic light, waiting to turn left onto a four-lane road in front of my sons’ high school. This complaint concerns a commercial install performed for a non-profit organization. After almost six months, we still don't have a fully-functioning system and are out nearly $8,000. Our experience has included a ridiculously long list of faulty parts, missed service calls, false trips of the system, added riders to the contract during the installation process, and horrendous customer service from ADT management in the Richmond office.

I was may of 2004 when we stop at tri county Toyota and purchased a certified used 2000 Toyota Camry with 47XXX miles on it. We also bought and extended warrant. Wow! This has been one of the worst experiences ever. Linda from Ultimate Auto Transport said she could pick up our car in Arizona the next day and get it to us 5 days later. Well, she didn't pick up the car for 5 days and then said if everything went well we could hope to get the car 7-10 days after that!
She gave us a telephone number for the truck driver but that number wasn't taking any more messages because the voice mailbox was full.
