I purchased 2 Bionaire humidifiers (BCM5520RC). They humidify beautifully as long as the filters work. However, the filters last 3 weeks at best using the instructions in the manual and not a moment longer. This store is bad news. my son ordered a jacket 12-28-06 and to this date 01-30-07 (30 days) still hasn't received his order. I finally assisted him in calling every half hour still getting and answering machine which couldn't understand the person's message. Finally after 4 hours of calling i was able to talk to someone. I purchased a can of Steak and Potato's Campbells Chunky Soup. When I heated this soup it had a odd smell that filled the whole room. I then preceded to take a small bite of the heated soup with my nose over the bowl it smelled like vomit and I had a vomit aftertaste from the little bit that I tasted. Be aware of these quick oil change places. While they may do a good job with an oil change they will also try to find things worn out and sell you replacements at high prices.
