The ohio national guard has allowed a senior non-commissioned officer to use and waste taxpayers money for the purposes of falsely complaining on the internet about companies while he is on duty. There seems to be no supervisor to stop the actions of this insane person. I have been going round and round with Campbells Soup company about the difficulty opening their soup cans (easier pull tops , right) especially the bigger, chunky soup cans. In October of 2006, I fell behind on my mortgage payments and contacted ASC. They sent me a package to fill out for a repayment plan for the 2 months I missed. I have never heard from them! Poor quality logs, waited 5 months to come and see. Then sent pitiful amount of logs as replacements. I maintain full photo log. I have been using Time Warner Cable's PayExpress service to pay my cable bill online. I thought it was an electronic method of payment, but a recent payment was "lost" by Time Warner employees because they manually enter the payments submitted online. I don't mind Dell's insistence that one buy only their ink and only by delivery, but I've had several faulty cartridges, and if the faulty one is the last one in the house, one has to wait two days to get a new one. And, when I called to try to get tech help the technician took me through all the steps on their webpage that I had already tried multiple times. Only he took far longer as he studied and explained in a language that was probably not his first. I did get a free cartridge, but only after an hour and a half on the phone. Clearly not worth it. I have a Honda rancher 350 es, choke cable has not worked for 3 years have to reach under seat to prime carb, i was told by the dealer that cable was a bad design, unit has very low hours, cable must have gotten water in around boot, i was told new replacement was a much better design unit is not used but once in while,but it sure would be nice to have a choke cable that worked, seeing as how it went bad through no fault of my own, dealer never told me not to get unit wet, unit is an 02 model but is used very little for problems like this. read full review »

I signed up for a "free trial" membership on POGO. They require my credit card info, just in case I decide to continue with the full membership. I cancelled before the "free trial" period ended (that was in November 06) and guess what??, they still have not refunded my money. You buy a bed, you have no payments no interest for 1 year, but if you don't read the fine print and don't pay it off in full by your promotional due date - by the way they send you a bill after your due date has passed, you have to pay all of the interest you have incurred for an entire year! I received several phone calls on my cell phone and finally told the guy to remove my name/ph number from his list and he laughed and said I couldn't do that....I hung up on him. Ever since (approx 5 days) I receive calls from the company from 800-266-9420 and noone is there. They call about once an hour. I tried calling that number to complain and the call will not go thru. I want that dang company to stop bothering me, I'm NOT interested in what they have to sell.
