Avoid Front Range Billiards at all costs! They were contracted to take delivery of my new pool table that was shipped to them from the manufacturer. and to deliver it and set it up in my basement rec room. After calling me to let me know the table was in I returned their call and set up a delivery time. They ended up having to cancel and asked me to call to reschedule. I called and left many, many messages over the course told me I would receive an immediate call from Front Range. Almost three more week before they finally called. We then scheduled a 2nd and a 3rd delivery time, both of which were cancelled by Front Range with about 2 hours notice. Finally I just asked them to deliver it and I would arrange for someone else to set it up as I lost all confidence in them. The morning of the delivery Aaron showed up and, when I told him to bring it down to the basement, he refused to do it. The basement is easily accessible by wide exterior stairs with no turns. Furthermore, he knew from the first time we talked that it was to be delivered and installed in a basement so this was no surprise. After trying to deal with Front Range for about 2 months I finally hired another company to pick it up from Front Range and deliver and install it.
