My daughter is insured with Florida Healthy Kids / Vista and they are refusing to cover a surgical center and general anesthesia for a procedure she needs to have done and are giving me the run-around and sending me letters with Florida Statues as to why they are refusing. And these statues are contradicting. The reasons stated in these statues as to how this procedure would be covered, is exactly the same reason as to why coverage is being requested. I purchased an American Standard Americast sink 95 days ago and last week the enamel started flaking off near the drain. We spent a lot of money to get this satellite service, and continue to pay a lot of money each month to keep it. Unfortunately the email does not work. What is more frustrating is trying to get some help. The customer service is absolutely insane. Carpeting: I had a horrible experience when I recently purchased 95 yards of carpet and pad from CarpetMaster in Latham. They did not remove the old pad and install the new pad even though i paid for the pad and the removal of the old pad and installation of the new pad. They did not come when scheduled. To whom it may concern, Traveled from New York to St.Lucia on August 20, 2006 and was missing a suitcase. I reported the matter to the lady in charges. A report was filed and submitted giving the necessary information needed and verified by a JP. They checked in to their hotel and the carpeting was wet, it was shampooed before they checked in they have a 10 year old and a 17 month old. Once again I am asking myself why the heck did I ever go to Best Buy!! I mailed an OVERPAYMENT of $200 to the retail services so I could begin paying my debt back quickly. Well, they "said" they didn't receive the payment ontime (I mailed it well over 2 weeks early and the distance for it to arrive in CA takes 1-2 days max). I was unfairly charged a labor fee of $75 because Enbridge argues that never got a note from my contractor showing repairs concerning a previous tag (boiler malfunction), which was repaired after on-time. Today is May 9, 2007 and I still haven't received verification from the sponsors. My wife had applied for passport in thane office on 22nd of Feb, 2007. She waited for one month for police verification and finally on 4th april she visited local police station and had her verification. I was referred to A&E Factory Service by the company (Factory Builder Store) where I purchased my refrigerator. They indicated A&E does all services under warranty. I have had the same technician come out twice to fix a drain in my freezer. Both times have been unsuccessful and most recent visit resulted in the freezer not working at all. I called them up to get my computer repaired. The service manager quoted $45.00 to fix the problem. When the technician that actually worked on my machine began fixing the problem, he said it would take about 1.5 hours. He quoted me a price of $95.00. I told him I would not pay any more then the originally quoted $45.00. He said he would check with his boss and call me back. I have no knowledge of this company or what their product is or why a charge for "something" at $84.97 showed up on my Visa account.
