Sold me a car with broken odometer, which means false mileage reading. Car had previous accidents, according to other dealers, described by the rough paint areas around the hood and door edges. I saw online these diets pills that read only pay for the shipping and handling $4.95. If you decide to cancel within the 15 days allowed you would have to pay the $49.95. I purchased a Maytag Neptune washing machine 2/2005. I was unaware of the class action suit that was going on in. I am and have been experiencing problems since the original purchase - service man is coming today (this will be the third visit in 2 years 3 months). The motor was replaced august 2006. Is there anything I can do? Or is it too late to do anything... Any advice would be appreciated. I purchased a mid line Cub Cadet ztr mower in the Fall of '05 about 3 weeks before mowing season was over. When I used the mower I found out it would not cut taller, thin grass 'sprigs' even with repeated mowing passes. I received a bill with an over the limit fee of $29 along with a $56 membership fee so I paid off the balance in full and called to cancel my card. A month later I get a letter stating that my account will stay open for 2 consecutive months before it closes and if there are any other charges on the account, (the account that I specifically asked to be closed a month earlier) the account will remain open and membership fees will continue. AmSouth has taken over $700. in fees in the past year by using their "ledger balance/available balance" policy. I closed my account. An automatic auto insurance, which it was too late to stop, went to AmSouth. They RE-OPENED the account, charged $36.00 NSF fee and returned the item unpaid. In addition, they have 'past-posted' items to my account causing a cascade of artificial over-drafts. In one month, they posted a check written on Tuesday before 3 items which were pending on Sunday and presented for payment on Monday. This caused 4 over-draft fees. I've got a 04 Pont Grand Am and I'm on the 3rd time fixing a brake problem. I bought the car with 18,000 miles on it, it now has 46,000 and it's been parked for 4 months. The brakEs are so bad, Sears replaced everything last year and within 3000 miles it all had to be redone! Ordered 2 tomato trees plants and they arrived with no soil attached to the roots, no moisture, the leaves were brown and the stems of the plants are about the size of the lead in a pencil. My mom has worked for this Motel for over 20 years. She has never once companied about going places for meetings or classes. Now this regional manager comes in and says she is not doing a good enough job for them and fires her. I purchased a townhome in 1995. The thing is that an A. O. Smith 40 gallon gas water heater was installed by the builder. It lasted a good 11 years. In January of 2006 it died. I purchased a Kenmore Power Miser 9 gas water heater. The fact is that the installation guy told me that they are all the same water heater.
