We just got back from our trip to Tennessee. What a nightmare! First we had an accident, hit a deer on the interstate going 70mph. No one was hurt, thank God, but the car was damaged pretty good. Unfortunately I was also a victim of MotoBahn. When I order online from someone whom I'm not familiar with I order small, If I get what I paid for great, if not then I don't order again. The actual shipping charges came to $13.90, which was two thirds the cost of the product. OneCare has worked for 4 months since buying a new computer with Vista. Now it is slowing down Photoshop CS2 and CS3. CS2 takes up to a minute and a half to load. CS3 takes up to 3 minutes to shut down. If I turn off virus protection in OneCare, the programs work perfectly. read full review »

This company is really starting to make me angry. The bought my mortgage note from my previous lender and when they did, they didn't send me any contact info for over 2 months. The very first contact I received from them was a notification that I was 2 months behind on my payments. I bought a set of new tires from a mail order company. I needed to have the tires mounted and balanced, so I took the vehicle to Sears Automotive. After I signed the paper work, I left and came back about 1.5 hours later to pick up my car. Before I left the packing lot, I inspected all the four tires and wheels to make sure they were installed properly.
