We had 2 black people come to our door to sale disney books and they got us for $18.00 dollars for something we did not get. Now to make matters worst they never sent me anything i paid for. This company has been charging me repeatedly for about 4 months now. There are numerous charges for products I never received. I have complained to the company with the understanding that i was to be canceled from their customer list. I have disputed the charges through my credit card company. I moved from the DC area to Europe and had my cavtel acct closed 5/31/07. A week later, I received a bill from cavtel for the month of June. I phoned and let them know that my service was canceled - in fact I had sold my house. The representative confirmed this, apologized, and said she'd take care of it. I had my television stop working at the end of May 2007. I called in for a repair and I am still awaiting repair today 41 days later. I talked to customer service and they are saying, there is nothing we can do. Sorry out of luck. Do not buy extended warranties. Unfortunately I was also a victim of MotoBahn. When I order online from someone whom I'm not familiar with I order small, If I get what I paid for great, if not then I don't order again. When this company contacted me to see if I was interested in a trial membership, they told me I would be billed 19.95 and then I would receive a package in the mail with my account number and I could go to their website and check it out to see if I liked it. The actual shipping charges came to $13.90, which was two thirds the cost of the product. Their customer service department gave me a parcel post tracking number for my shipment which the U.S. Post Office said they had no record of! I am still waiting for the grass seed I purchased. OneCare has worked for 4 months since buying a new computer with Vista. Now it is slowing down Photoshop CS2 and CS3. CS2 takes up to a minute and a half to load. CS3 takes up to 3 minutes to shut down. If I turn off virus protection in OneCare, the programs work perfectly. read full review »

This company is really starting to make me angry. The bought my mortgage note from my previous lender and when they did, they didn't send me any contact info for over 2 months. The very first contact I received from them was a notification that I was 2 months behind on my payments. My only issue/ complaint w/ CCoA is in the accounting dept and the rapidity/ incr freq of billing. I no sooner get a bill and there is another in my mailbox for the same book and before I get a chance to pay that bill another book is at my door. They come so fast and furious that I cannot keep up w/ which ones have been paid for and which ones have not. Right now, if I were to stop and count, I would probably have 3 - 5 bills for the same book sitting there all received within about a week's time. I purchased a $20.00 Fast Track international calling card from the SpeedyPin web site on July 7 2007. It was supposed to be worth 222 minutes. I used it to call to a mobile phone in Philippines. The rate advertised on the web page was $.09 per minute with a 20% carrier charge per call and $.69 twice per month for maintenance fees.
