1 1/2 years ago I purchased a matching GE Profile washer and dryer because in the last 40 years I've had two GE washers that worked really well. The Profiles are a disaster. The computers on both washer and dryer don't work. If you set the dryer on permanent press it dries for 3 minutes and cuts off. The clothes are sopping wet. I have been making monthly payments for a year on an auto loan through Chase Auto Finance. This past month (Sept.), I received a receipt from the company that they received a payment on 9/15 and next payment due is 10/15. For the past 5 days, I have rec'd hoards of harassing phone calls from collections stating that they never received a payment in Sept. and last payment received was in Aug! I bought an alarm system from Brinks Home security at the beginning of 2007 and have had nothing but problems. The alarm goes off at least once a week for no apparent reason. I ordered the credit card online. After receiving it for a $300 credit limit., and after all the fees they want to charge, I had $75 available. So, I made a $100 payment. It went through bringing my available credit to $175. I tried to use the card 3 times, and all 3 times it was declined. Now how is that possible if they took my payment, so whats wrong? I banked at this institution for just a short while and during that time I had signed up for an automatic payment to be sent to my business insurance company. I cancelled the policy and told the bank to not distribute and more funds to this company. They continued to send funds for three months. This company has charged my cellphone account $19.99 the last two months. I called Verizon and they told me that ringtone time was responsible for the charges but they couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't Verizon's charge and federal laws prevent them from rejecting the charges even though I told them I don't even know who ringtone time is.They gave me the 800 number for the company and I was unsuccessful in contacting anyone.
