I bought an alarm system from Brinks Home security at the beginning of 2007 and have had nothing but problems. The alarm goes off at least once a week for no apparent reason. After calling Brinks and being transferred to 8 different people, I finally was able to speak to someone who told me that I would have to wait a week to get a service appointment. I signed up for Banfield Pet Hosptial's Wellness Plan for my Australian Shepherd. We signed on in December 06. In January 07 my dog was diagnosed with cancer and she died in February 07. I emailed Banfield to cancel my policy since my dog was now dead and the program no longer needed. They instructed me to go to my local hospital to cancel. I did that and they refused! Incredible. They let an employee get away with keeping a customers social security number, drivers license number, name birth-date and credit card number, For herself. I have been making monthly payments for a year on an auto loan through Chase Auto Finance. This past month (Sept.), I received a receipt from the company that they received a payment on 9/15 and next payment due is 10/15. For the past 5 days, I have rec'd hoards of harassing phone calls from collections stating that they never received a payment in Sept. and last payment received was in Aug! I ordered the credit card online. After receiving it for a $300 credit limit., and after all the fees they want to charge, I had $75 available. So, I made a $100 payment. It went through bringing my available credit to $175. I tried to use the card 3 times, and all 3 times it was declined. Now how is that possible if they took my payment, so whats wrong? I banked at this institution for just a short while and during that time I had signed up for an automatic payment to be sent to my business insurance company. I cancelled the policy and told the bank to not distribute and more funds to this company. They continued to send funds for three months. These folks, at Continental Finance, have signed me up for a MasterCard that I have NOT agreed to. I brought a x box 360 wireless controller charger a couple days a go. i followed the instructions to charge it for 6 hours. Then when i began to use it with my wireless controller. My stick didn't work, my character in the game turn up side down and began to move by them selves. This company has charged my cellphone account $19.99 the last two months. I called Verizon and they told me that ringtone time was responsible for the charges but they couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't Verizon's charge and federal laws prevent them from rejecting the charges even though I told them I don't even know who ringtone time is.They gave me the 800 number for the company and I was unsuccessful in contacting anyone.
