I, like so many of those who have also sent in comments, have had unauthorized purchases on my debit/credit card. My debit card was used so the purchase of $4.87 and then for $89.95 was taken directly from my checking account. They took the money I had been saving for my son's shoes. I called and was offered a refund of $54.94 for a purchase I never authorized in the first place. In July '04 we purchased the Kenmore Washer at Sears based on Consumer's Reports recommendations and the dependable "Kenmore" name. Well, 3 years and 3 month later the washer stops at spin cycle and since it's a front loader (never buy one of those again) I can't even get my items out of the washer. I purchased the TV at a grand opening of Circuit City on Crosskeys Rd. Sicklerville, NJ. I was charged by this company for ring tones, and my phone will not even except ring tones. Without any knowledge I was charged $19.99 on my cell phone bill, and when I brought this to their attention they refused to refund the money. I have never heard of these companies and still trying to figure out how all my information was giving to them. I was called about 2 free airlines tickets if I would take a 14-day free look at their on-line shopping network. They wanted my banking info. to charge a nominal shippingfee of $4.95. I'm disappointed in my cards because of several reasons. First, the color of the background of the card is a peachy pink not bright pink like on-line. Second, you can't really read the words on the business card because you can hardly see them. Heidar Baba restaurant serves Persian cuisine but two things stop me from ever going back One, their service is terrible, slow, and their servers don't smile nor do ask how the meal is going. Second, the portions are too small for the price of the dish. The average dish is approx. $13 and if I had to make an educated guess on the portion of meat you receive it would be about 5-6 oz. Last weekend, my girlfriend and I decided to try a Chinese restaurant near us called, Tasty Garden. It was busy so we put our names on the list with the host. UPS CANADA is good in making and faking tracking details. It always claim fault on customer side when delivery is delayed. Often "customer is not found" or " incorrect address" , or " customer not avaialble". No one cares, and no one is willing to help me in a timely manner. I recently repainted my kitchen with its nearly new Aristokraft kitchen cabinets (less than 3 years old). To mask, I purchased Scott's painters tape at Home Depot. When we pulled the tape off, off came the finish from the sides of 8 kitchen cabinets. Academy Collection Service keeps calling my cell phone asking for someone that no longer owns this number (817) 228-1069. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling because no one is here by the name they are asking for. I have instructed them to remove the number from their data base, but the calls continue.
