A SERIOUS RIP-OFF!
The Abebooks affiliate dealer "AlphaCraze.com" were notified 9 months =
ago about the non-arrival of a book I ordered. I was promised a =
replacement copy. The replacement copy never arrived! This is a very =
serious mattter and the book cost us US$295.00 plus Shipping: US$
17.50! I believe we have been conned... swindled!
