I recently received a letter from Afni, Inc indicating that I owe 111.28 for a verizon account that they claim I owe since 1998. It has been 10 years so I do not have any recollection of this bill but I can say I never received a bill prior to moving. When I purchased the DVD in June, 2007, I was only charged the shipping of $3.95. I've noticed a deduction from my account of $59.95 per month since then. When I called the company and told them I had not authorized the deductions and I wanted them reversed, I was told that it was impossible. I was told that this was noted in the "service agreement". I purchased a HP Pavilion dv2500t laptop from HP shopping.com. I got delivered after 10 days. After 2 hours of operation, the stupid LCD broke down and I called their HP customer service. They sent the box to ship it back to the company after 5 days. I got the box, packed my laptop and sent it. Then they suddenly stopped responding. It would seem that Retail Services makes a point of noting payments as arriving late so that they can charge a late fee. I have no problems with any other company when sending payment but have had numerous problems with Retail Services. They recommend sending payments 11 days before due which I find ridiculous, the postal service is not that slow. I bought a Roadmate 800 in October last year and the windshield mount broke after 7 months. I sent 2 RMA requests via their online submission form and received no response. I am disgusted in the service you receive from calling Xbox360 Call center. 0508555592. I have had to get my Xbox360 repaired twice. I spend at least 30 mins on the phone just to verify my name, address and phone number. I know who I am! Why do they need to ask me if its me? Unnecessary waste of time! My wife and I just recently change our Insurance carrier from United to Aetna through my wife's work. My wife specifically asked the receptionist if this office was a in network provider for Aetna. WAMU offered me a zero percent credit card (no interest for a year). They transferred the money through electronic check, then refused the check, then charged me $ 20 for insufficient funds (for the check they refused -- at this time I had a $0 balance and the check was more than covered by available credit).
