No meat!
My son and I went to the drive thru at Burger King and ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. We then drove home which is approx 5 miles away from the Burger King on Sam Rittenburg Hwy in Charleston, SC. When we arrived at home, my son removed the top bun to add ketchup and noticed there was no meat! We drove back to the Burger King and asked to speak with the Manager. We she came to the counter, we showed her the bun and toppings without the meat. She said, "Lift up the lettuce and tomato". When we did, we saw the smallest, burnt piece of meat you could ever imagine. It looked like it was years old. If we couldn't even see the meat with out removing the toppings that should tell you something ! We requested a new whopper but the Manager refused and proceeded to the back of the kitchen. How can a company like Burger King advertise their sandwiches to have such an enormous piece of meat on the burgers when in fact, we had to "lift up" the lettuce and tomato to even FIND the meat. And to make matters worse, they would not even give us a different sandwich! If I am starving, I promise that I will NEVER, EVER set foot in another Burger King. I don't care if they are the LAST place to eat on Earth. I'd rather starve!

Food not done right
We went to Burger King last week on N Memorial Dr in Lancaster and ordered two number two's with out any onions. When we got them home they was smuthered in onions. So we called them and talked to Jennifer, she was very nice and told me that they would replace them. So I went up today which is March 5, 2009 to get them replaced. When I got them home they was covered in onions again. So I took them back and got my money back but Lori was extremly rude about it. Our claim ticket number is 317 and the store number is 661 Thank you Howard

Have it their way!
Went into this new Burger King...with no high hopes, of course, and they succeeded in surpassing my expectations. Armando, our cashier, appeared to be friendly and conscience of the english language,oops did I assume... yes I did. I proceeded to order, everything my way or my husband's way, my daughters way and her boyfriend's way. They all picked me up for my lunch break, which is only 30 minutes. I did not have time for this hooplah! 'Not even did showing him 4 fingers, the count of actual whoppers I needed, help him because I not only paid for 5 but they were also all wrong. Upon my daughter's last trip up to their counter our not-so-friendly cashier made a comment to another employee about my family. If I had known this before getting into the car to head back to work no telling where I'd be. Whatever happened to 110%, or above and beyond for the customer. And 'the customer is always right'? I am not that ancient or prehistoric. If all good people would just ban together and quit eating at these fast food places and give 'mom & dad' joints a try we'd all be better off.

I am sorry Burger King, I love the whopper but not if your employees get to shovel the crap at me too, nor my family.
In this new Burger King, all the employees look like the type who will spit in your food, there may be some good employees mixed in but how can we tell. We cannot even get in touch with real people to complain.
