Since Nov 15, 2007, there has been little or no A/C or air circulation in the Spin Class room. The temperature in the room reaches nearly 100 degrees during the class. The instructor leaves the door open but blasts the music so loud that the other patrons in the main part of the gym cannot even hear their own ipods. I responded to an e-mail offering a sample of phenterthin for a charge of paying for the shipping and handling. I received the sample and found it to be ineffective and want to cancel. I have not been able to log in to their support site after following their directions. It is stated on their site that cancellation process is easy and valid at any time. Deceptive warranty, and slow service. Made mistake of buying service contract / agreement from GE for microwave and oven, and, after five months, nearly 10 service calls, and mis-ordered parts, etc., they have decided no to fix unit. Instead of replacing model, they offered me the option of purchasing a new model at about $1,500. This seems rediculous as the unit new costs $1,800 at Home Depot. I purchased something from McAfee 3 months ago using the TELECHECK service on their website. It ended up being the wrong product so they refunded me the money. Well a month later I get a collection notice in the mail saying I owe TELECHECK $87.00. I have been on the phone for the past 2 months trying to sort this out. McAfee has contacted TELECHECK to tell them that the product was refunded and STILL they are harassing me with this. I sent them my bank statement proving that it had been charged and then refunded. I had a terrible experience with Northwest Airlines. This is my first time to fly to US and NWA for that matter. From day 1 the agents in Manila cannot get us a good flight to North Carolina and we ended up flying to DC. We drove from DC to NC then. After using the oven once on my DCS RGT-305 it stopped working. Customer service gave me a brief list of authorized appliance repair businesses in the SF Bay area. Of the two businesses that either answered the phone or returned my message, I got Bay Area Appliances to schedule a service call 5 days after I called them. took my pet cat Smokey, to Banfield after he became weak, could'nt walk or use his legs. I thought that the cat had eaten a rat or a poisoned small animal; I was told that he ehad an infection and was given prednisone, antibiotics(baytrol?) and vitamins. They conveniently sent a letter dated November 19th notifying members of a charge of $25 for 'enhancements' to the fitness center. I have a complaint about workers making appointments to do work in your home & not keeping them. Most people have to take off from work to be there, then they don't show. I'm having such problem.
