I keep getting spam Text Messages from ringaza.com. These messages come without a header that I understand and cost money for each one I read. I never signed up for service with them. When we moved into our home we purchased new appliances for our kitchen-all Whirlpool Gold. I had a service call within the first three months for the electric stove saying it didn't heat properly. Two technicians were sent to our home and told me it showed the proper heat level. I stood my ground saying it may be working ok right now, but it doesn't always hold it's temperature. I have lived with this problem since then and now the control panel has gone and the quote was $496.00 to repair the over that hasn't worked properly from day one. Firstly, this company already has an unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau, and when we added our complaint to the pile, the company did not bother to respond. How can a gas bill go from 22.03 to $140.03 in one month when you don't even have heating, (system been out since November), never home, don't cook. I recently attempted to cancel my LA Fitness training membership through Body of Change due to medical reasons. In October, I contracted Pneumonia, and due to some complications, my doctor has not released me to resume vigorous physical activity. On November 16th, I sent in a letter from my doctor with that information. My wife went to the website and took advantage of a free 30 day offer for Credit Report services. Before the 30 days was up she called and notified the company that we wanted to cancel. She was assured it was cancelled. We just got our credit card statement and a $14.95 was presented . I called and complainted then they claimed they dont show anywhere that my wife had cancelled the service and that I would have to pay the $14.95. Ordered JVC camera Dec 3, 2007. They required me to call to confirm order. Lied to me and told me only a 20 minute demo battery came with the camera and tried to sell me a $189 battery. I declined (can buy similar battery on ebay for $20). After 14 days I call to see why the camera has not arrived and am told it's on backorder. I'm willing to bet that if I had purchased the overpriced battery I'd have rec'd both!!! I paid the collateral and the company was suppose to deposit funds in my account and that never happened and they took my collateral as well. I purchsed a cordless drill made by Panasonic because I had other Panasonic products that I liked, and because Consumer Reports recommended a similar Panasonic product. Unable to login to online card services for 3-4 weeks only way to contact is by phone. When contacted by phone they charge me $10.00 to pay bill by phone,or $15.00 for automated phone bill pay. I bought a Toshiba p35 S629 in 2005. Toshiba wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty as a previous buyer had buyer's remorse and returned it to the store, even though it stated on my receipt that I had a 1 year warranty. Unable to have transaction go through so quit & went to Priceline.com where I successfully purchased ticket, got confirmation, took the trip. Not only was there absolutely no visible improvement regarding wrinkles, but I ended up with two subcutaneous cysts (YIKES!) on my face!!!
