I trusted the seller based on his feedback, however, i believe he used 2 of his friends to assist him. He is in the marine corps. My wife went to the website and took advantage of a free 30 day offer for Credit Report services. Before the 30 days was up she called and notified the company that we wanted to cancel. She was assured it was cancelled. We just got our credit card statement and a $14.95 was presented . I called and complainted then they claimed they dont show anywhere that my wife had cancelled the service and that I would have to pay the $14.95. How can a gas bill go from 22.03 to $140.03 in one month when you don't even have heating, (system been out since November), never home, don't cook. I purchsed a cordless drill made by Panasonic because I had other Panasonic products that I liked, and because Consumer Reports recommended a similar Panasonic product. Unable to login to online card services for 3-4 weeks only way to contact is by phone. When contacted by phone they charge me $10.00 to pay bill by phone,or $15.00 for automated phone bill pay. Contacted by phone and name to sell my resort timeshare at Stormy Point Village in Branson, Mo. Very convincing because they seem to have the info on what you own before they contact you. I bought a Toshiba p35 S629 in 2005. Toshiba wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty as a previous buyer had buyer's remorse and returned it to the store, even though it stated on my receipt that I had a 1 year warranty. I have tried to contact the company and been summarily hung up on the minute those snide children got wind of my legal training etc. The number I have is 800.720.4420.The company to which I never subscribed, is "Mini Credit Report SE." and it shows up as a Debit card purchase of 11.95 p/month.
