They billed my credit card prior to the cancellation trial period. When I tried to cancel they would not do it unless I got a confirmation No. and went into their web site to cancel. My computer was down and I had to go to another computer to cancel and get the charge off my credit card. I had $31.98 taken from my bank account without my authorization or consent. I tried calling the 1-866-575-0260 number I received from my bank and got the same response as everyone else. I then called a friend of mine assigned in Washington, DC who just happens to be part of Homeland Security. There is an ongoing investigation about this company. She dropped the cat off at my home 7 am on a workday morning 10/29/07, minutes before I had to run to work. I waited for her for 2 days! Received a charge from Jrb Roofing on nov 16, 2007 for $432.56 on my visa credit card statement, called credit card co. and registered complaint, told to fill out form and return, did, but checked farther, i live in alabama. Does not have a name. One person there getting your bank acct number and charging $31.98 out of your account with loan application. They use information.
