Because of the nature of my work, I have had to reschedule in the past because of being out of town, and they have always been kind & accommodating in rescheduling. I bought a SONY Blue Ray Disc Player from IEI (Interstate Electronics Inc) in Hazlet. The box was supposed to contain a one Spider Man disc, but it did not. I called IEI, and they gave me SONY 800 number. When I went through 4 numbers from one to the other to find out there is no way you can find who you can talk to within SONY who can rectify the problem. My advice: - when you buy products from IEI, open the box in front of them and make sure the box contains all contents. - Do NOT buy SONY products, if you can avoid. I am very disappointed in the service I have continued to receive for this company... I stop at this particular McDonalds almost every night and something is always wrong. My parents bought a new Kenmore HVAC unit from Sears in September 2007 to replace our 35 year old unit. They got the master protection plan for peace of mind. I spent $4372.00 for 2 recliner couches and one swivel recliner chair. The fabric looks like it is 3 years old and I have had this furniture less then 9 months. I started complaining 4 months ago. This company is doing mass hirings under the guise of customer service representative. There is no mention of sales in the interviews or until you have been in training for four weeks. By the time they put you out on the phones you have little to no experience in sales. They then start pressuring you to sell sell sell or lose your job. After receiving a verbal $300 estimate to have my leaves raked and removed from my yard, I hired this company to do the work. Yesterday, I received a bill for $989!!! When, I expressed surprise and dismay, the owner told me that I was "stupid" because I had relied on his estimate and agreed to pay by the man hour. We have reached a compromise. I just got off the phone with Waterboss customer service. I have owned one of their water softeners for about 5 years and the thing has not worked properly since day one. In October I switched to Comcast business high speed internet, and also changed my telephone from QWest to Comcast, bundled with cable television service. I had paid three months ahead so as not to have to bother with details during my busy retail season. AEC FBO INDEPENCE PLUS Platinum Menbership called me months ago about a credit card. Upon hearing more of their offer I declined (after I gave them my credit card#). At the urging of Arlington County Police, my wife signed-up with "free 30 day credit card reports" as my son's i.d. had been stolen. My wife naively gave this company #3 social security numbers and our credit card number. Result... she forgot to cancel... after 30 days and M.N.I. has been billing my credit card in the amount of 11.95 ..three times each month for the past three months. You but that name in on Google and all it brings up is a website where you can obtain a 900 number to do business. I will not answer in fear that a "900" will charge me. I had $31.98 taken from my bank account without my authorization or consent. I tried calling the 1-866-575-0260 number I received from my bank and got the same response as everyone else. I then called a friend of mine assigned in Washington, DC who just happens to be part of Homeland Security. There is an ongoing investigation about this company. I tried to print two mailing labels and kept getting a message saying that the operation was canceled and I would not be charged for the labels. The next day I discovered that Click n Ship had charged me for 17 labels! Since I was using my ATM card to pay, it about wiped out my checking account. I submitted the refunds request within 3 days and just found out yesterday that it will take up to two months to get that money back into my checking account.
