Pain Consultants of Atlanta turned a $399.21 bill over to collections despite the fact that I wrote co-pay only on the financial agreement with the doctors and repeatedly told them this fact. When we got our phone bill this month it showed a fee of 19.95 for Members Edge Voice Mail Monthly this was never ordered but here it is on the phone bill.
