The only address I have is from my Discover account. These charges began on 9-17-07 after a charge to J C Penny on 8-28-07. I called the 800# and it said "welcome to JC Penny Fun and Family Rewards." I have always found J C Penny to be reputable and I wonder if that company is really a part of this but should know. Charges of $9.95 have been made to my Discover from 9-17-07 to 12-18-07. This is "member service" which supposedly I have been a member since 10-17-07 and have had $10 monthly "membership" fees charged to my Discover card since that time through 01-16-08. This company has taken 36.00 out of my bank account under a Joann Gallie on the check as the check holder. Because of this I have two 25.00 insufficient funds fee that I had to pay and I had to pay a 35.00 returned check fee to a merchant because their unauthorized draft of my account, for a total of $120.80 out of my pocket. 1/18/08 I paid $8.00 for a car wash. There was no indicator for how far to drive in. The brushes to wash the body of the car didn't wash. The wash cycle was extremely short, there was no rinse cycle and the car wash began to apply the finish over soapy water, so I drove out to prevent that. I called great American to cancel policy and also mailed a letter telling them to cancel my policy on 01/10/2007. I went to 2 Chrysler dealerships looking for a mini-van. I went to 2 dealerships in my area that are about 5 miles from each other. Both places treat customers like they don't matter. My Whirlpool refrigerator froze up so I have a service contract with GE and they referred me to A&E because my refrigerator is a Whirlpool and not a GE appliance. These guys like to raise your mortgage and then give you the run around why they do it. I just bought my house one year ago and they have raised my mortgage over 200 dollars a month. They told me it is due to property tax. Pizza Hut has always been our favorite. I tried to place my order on line it stated carry out only so I called in my order for delivery. I ordered 3 Pizza Mia Pizza's and boneless honey BBQ chicken. The chicken was great, the pizza was okay, but very few toppings. ASC can't seem to finish anything..I have been verbally approved for a modification to my loan and no one can finish this and you can't seem to escalate because they just pass you from department to department duplicating steps... they claim to have access to the same info, but it's clear they do not. I noticed an unfamiliar (pending) charge of $28.89 on my bank account on 1/17/08 from this company 555 Diet Challenge. I could not find the number anywhere. After looking this company up on the internet I noticed that others had filed claims about the same false charges. After contacting my bank I was told to call back as soon as the charge was posted to my account. This is extremely upsetting and very inconvenient! Both my husband & I were struggling through serious health issues & surgeries when these charges hit the MasterCard. As soon as I noticed it, there were already 3 months of charges. I tried to trace it, then called Sears who had issued the card. They removed one month's charge and changed my credit account number. BUT they have done nothing to help resolve the issue which I refuse to pay. Looking back I think they knew immediately that it was a fraudulent charge.
