Bad service

On November 3, 2003 I purchased two Broyhill chairs and matching ottomans from Havertyâï¿½ï¿½s Furniture Company, Two Buckingham Plantation Dr, Bluffton, SC 29910. The two chairs cost $1298.00 and the ottomans were $700.00. Within 2 years the fabric began to fade on both chairs and ottomans. I contacted Havertyâï¿½ï¿½s and got the one year warranty spiel and contacted Broyhill and got the same one year warranty spiel. Neither company is willing to say I sold you and poor product and I am willing to make a satisfactory arrangement or offer a compromise solution.

Calling my cell, leaving message!

PPI Mailbox Magazine is calling our cell phones repeatedly. Leaves Message and hangs up. No way to contact them. They say call them back you do and it is a recording saying to leave your telephone number and they will cancel calling you in about 14 days... This is completely unacceptable. Why do they leave a message if you can't t/w someone. Just eats the time up on your cell.
