This company bills your telephone bill for calling cards that you never ordered. When the phone company was notified they immediately recognized it as a fraud and took it off of our bill. A lot of phone company employees are also finding it on their accounts. This company is also know as USBI. They even charged for long distance service on my computer line. DUH. I had my wisdom teeth extracted 8-9 yrs ago. The dentist extracted the incorrect tooth. He had me get a brace to correct the problem and it did not. Asurion sent me a replacement phone that had 5 separate defects, it is my firm opinion that asurion is shoveling garbage out of their warehouse, it is my opinion that asurion knows that a certain % of the replacement phones that it ships are defective. This is the worst company for customer service. We called in a no heat call, they sent a tech out who stated that we were out of oil. We called they company and was not due for another oil delivery for over a month, we also asked the tech if the oil tank was leaking, he assured us it was not. I have reported Ashley to BBB; so please do so, if you have similar problems with them. I bought a sofa and loveseat from Ashley for $1140; they delivered it damaged, but my wife did not notice it when she accepted the delivery. One arm of the loveseat was heavily damaged. None of them barely speak English, the products suck and even though they say they will return the products, they will not. In order for them to return anything you have to bring the products to them. How are you suppose to load up a sectional couch? I asked them to come and get it and they refused.
