On May 3, 2010 I discovered an unauthorized charge of $16.03 on my phone bill from AT&T. I called AT&T and Mainstreet to dispute the charges . Then later in the day I checked my records and found 5 other charges in the amount 0f $78.80 over the past 5 months. I EXPECT A FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND OR CREDIT FOR $94.83 within 5 business days from 5.4.10.

If this credit or refund is not in my hand by the above mentioned date of 5-11-10 I will file a comlaint with the FCC and the BBB within the state you are doing business in.

This company bills your telephone bill for calling cards that you never ordered. When the phone company was notified they immediately recognized it as a fraud and took it off of our bill. A lot of phone company employees are also finding it on their accounts. This company is also know as USBI.

They even charged for long distance service on my computer line. DUH. The phone company ended up having to credit my account double the amount I first complained about.
