On 11-9-07 a debit of $49.95 unauthorized by me was debited from my account, on 11-15-07 a electronic check #49354 in the amount of $49.95 was debited from my account without permission also in addition to this two charges one on 11-19-07 for $14.95 and on 12-03-07 for $14.00 was debited. This totals out to the amount of $128.85 taken from my account by Platinum Services without permission. I have received no credit card nor have I applied for a card that would take from my personal account whenever they want. A&E was called to repair a KitchenAid microwave and oven unit that stopped functioning. They are recommended for service by KitchenAid on their web site. Dr. Elan Reisin performed breast reduction and liposuction on me and did a terrible job and refuse to correct his mistakes. My breast looks deformed. I can't even wear a bra. After several week of waiting and getting the charges removed from my card. I finally found this site and got the number to call and get the charges removed. Asurion sent me a replacement phone that had 5 separate defects, it is my firm opinion that asurion is shoveling garbage out of their warehouse, it is my opinion that asurion knows that a certain % of the replacement phones that it ships are defective. I applied for DSL Service over the internet for our home in Owensboro. Bell South offered a $75 rebate for the modem if you applied on-line. I did. After months passed, AT&T took over Bell South. This company bills your telephone bill for calling cards that you never ordered. When the phone company was notified they immediately recognized it as a fraud and took it off of our bill. I had my wisdom teeth extracted 8-9 yrs ago. The dentist extracted the incorrect tooth. He had me get a brace to correct the problem and it did not.
