After much hesitation on my part and many promises from Mr. Ortiz that the timeshare should be sold within 120 days, I signed up. I own a company that uses AT&T business line services, from the conception of the company until now I have made every payment on time and usually a few weeks before it is physically due. This service is grade o. I train customer service reps and this type of customer service is unacceptable. Not only are they rude but they do not have the ability to resolve the situation related to the problem the first time before the escalation. The hold time is incredible 20-30 minutes. They advertise to buy used cell phones. I sent them 2 phones, both the same model. One had a broken antenna, still worked, but they disqualified it. I don't dispute that. However, the 2nd phone is perfectly fine. I have contacted them over 10 times in the last 45 days to try to get them to even acknowledge the fact that they owe me for the 2nd phone. No response, except once they said I could PAY THEM $14.00 to send my phones back. I went to see a car for buying here in the evening. It was one of the most horrible experience. 1. I went alone. 3/4 people pressurized me into buying a car 2. I didn't even test drive the car. I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com on Feb 2, 2008. Paid an extra 10 bucks to have guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day. Valentine's day came and went with no delivery. Called proflowers.com customer service the next day. They refunded the money to my credit card but not even a sorry or what can we do to make it right. Wife was disappointed. I am not satisfied with the 45000 mile service with Wilde Toyota located at West Aiils WI. After my car service at 45000 miles, the Engine Light was on with SVC lit up on the Front Panel.I had to drive back to the Wilde Toyota Dealer immediately after I drove out of the Toyota service door . Previously when I've returned an item, it showed up on the order status within a day or so. Not this time. Now they are saying it could take 17 days to process. To be honest, I could have just returned it for a refund and ordered another one and received it faster. I had to return the item because it was defective. Gas prices are plain out of control. Gas should never be more than $1/gallon. I remember seeing regular as low as 19.9cents/gallon. back in the early 70's. Beware of the Philips brand LCD Flat screen HD televisions. Ours failed after a two years of operation. It can only be repair at the Philips Repair in Arkansas. There was a prepaid repair charge with the following stipulation. If the set could not be repaired they would refund the prepaid repair charge and provide a comparable new or refurbished TV. Bought a car from them for $2,000, and the car was great during the test drive. But when I went to pick it up the next day none of the dash gauges worked because the put in a new battery and shorted something, the break lights stopped working and the automatic transmission would not go in to third gear.
