This service is grade o. I train customer service reps and this type of customer service is unacceptable. Not only are they rude but they do not have the ability to resolve the situation related to the problem the first time before the escalation.
The hold time is incredible 20-30 minutes. When you get a rep on the line. Their tone is sour and foul. It is bad enough we are paying outrageous prices for call. Being billed for calls from previous billing cycles. When asked they're several stories. First, the billing cycle should be calculated at the end of each moth so it shows no overages. Well needless to say. Three months later I had a block on phone because on non payment. After double checking my calculations. They owed me money on my acct. I directed the question to a supervisor after being hung up on 3 times and on hold a total of 120 min... That there are problems with the billing system and I owed the money. The error was from 3 months ago. Now you figure. Every month about twice a week I'm placing large amounts of money on the acct to speak with my husband. Just when they are questioned about the billing error. How convenient was it to blame it on a error 3 months ago.
I threatened to report this issue they stated that they did not care because the were just doing their jobs. I pray that GOD just do away with this type of scam and made it affordable for the families to communicate with their love ones. It's bad enough we have to assist in the financial expenses of our loved ones. Being taken advantage of one both sides is totally inhumane.
