March 11, 2008
I have been a loyal customer with Coast Gas for 21 years, always paying my billing on time. I have had a lot of problems with Coast Gas this year. There are (2) specific problems with this company. 1) Customer Service 2) Billing Dept. I have written them twice regarding a billing error on there behalf and they still keep sending me a letters stating they did everything right. I have paid my gas invoice in full each month, and they state that I have an outstanding of $78.00. I was not aware of the billing error, until my tank... read full review »

This company is a rip-off merchant. They advertised the camera at $317. Cameraddict.com then sent me an email asking me to contact them. When I phoned they said that it was an wholesale camera with a disposable 15 minute battery and that this Olympus camera did not come with a warranty. However, if I paid $70 more they would ship a consumer camera which had a rechargeable battery and a 1 year olympus warranty. I told them to cancel the order then them said it would be a $30 charge for cancellation even though the order was not processed or shipped. What a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. read full review »

March 11, 2008
On December 13, 2007 a company representative, Bill Elis, called and asked if we would be interested in selling our timeshare property at Grand Desert in Las Vegas. He later faxed an agreement/contract where we would pay a "one time processing fee of $475.00". The check cleared our account on January 7, 2008. In return for this payment the sale of our property would be completed in "45-60 days". My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years. Have not had a problem until this year. The apartments switched management so all the good people have left. Around December I started to hear some weird noises from the vents. I waited for my boyfriend to get home, because I didn't want to explore on my own. We discovered that our air conditioner was completely frozen over. I let maintenance know and they said it would be about a week. A week went by and then another. Car was brought to the shop because it made a loud bang around the transmission area then quit running. She picked the car up drove a couple miles and the car did the exact same thing leaving her stranded in traffic. It did the same thing several more times as we tried to get it home. She will have to continue renting or borrowing a car until the real problem with her car can be determined and repaired. Digilake.com appears to be a sham website that attempts to trick consumers into filling out surveys. The company offers no address or phone contact information at all on its website, and does not respond to emails. Every product they purportedly 'sell' offers a special discount if one is willing to fill out a survey. After the scammers have tricked a user into filling out a survey, the website sends visitors to an error message instead of a checkout screen. This dishonest organization pretends to sell products that they don't actually sell. Strange, huh? Beware people! read full review »
