Broken promises
I just got off the phone after more than a month trying to get my money back. I've been to my credit card company, customer care dept., wealthdci, penbrookproductions, you name it I've been there. Finally, with my fingers crossed I'll get my refund. I got a transaction number from Albert & another promise of 5-7 business days for processing. Also, I filed a complaint like another person suggested with Careerbuilder.com. So, here's to looking before we sleep...

Double billing, no refund in specified time period
I was billed $197. 00 -twice on this program, partly my own fault as the page did not go anywhere when I clicked submit. I called to have this program cancelled, and requested a refund, as well as a refund for the double billing. I have recieved no refund for either transaction. I spoke to a woman in another country as far as I could tell by her poor understanding of the English Language, and had to call back and spoke with a gentleman with better English because the first person told me she could only submit one refund.This was on May 19th, 2008. Iwas told I would recieve a refund within thirty days. Thirty days has come and gone.

She's a Fraud/ My Refund
For all of you thinking about trying this Angela Stevens Angela Penbrook processing rebates from home think again! For those of you that have tried eveything to get your money back and keep getting the run around call this #! 1-866-885-8126 I have tried for over 3 weeks to get a refund of my hard earned money of $197.00 I just got off the phone with a lady who sounded foreign ( i could not hardly understand her) about my refund.
She gave me a confirmation # and said it would be between 5 to 7 business days before it shows up to my account. the phone to call is 1-866-885-8126 which is the number found on my credit card statement. Today is 6-11-08 so my refund should be back by 6-20-08! I will keep you posted,
After this, this is a hard lesson learned, BUT I will stick to what I know is legit and honest! My new home based business...

... at least with this I know it's real because I have already seen results and checks through the mail this VEMMA I believe in with all my heart. My only regret is I didn't find this first instead of wasting my time on this rebate processing from home from this scam artist.
Maybe it worked for some very few people but this is about rebates from home but very unsuccessful for me .
I will continue to build my residual income with VEMMA---- THE VERY BEST FINANCIAL DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE! Thank you for your time. And best of luck

Did not get my refund
I am glad to know there are others just like me that got scammed by this ... (don't even want to write the word) Like others I have tried to get a refund since April 22. The even went as far to send me an email telling me that my money would be refunded in 5-7 business days, DID NOT HAPPEN! I am furious!!! I try to call back to let them know and I get hung up on, or they will tell me they are forwarding my information to a supervisor and I will get a callback within 24 hours, never happened either.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what can be done, because there are obviously alot of people that got scammed!
Please let me know!!

I got my refund too!
We got our money back, finally!!! Yes!!! Yes!!! Yes!!! :) :) :) Yesterday, my husband called our credit company, and we already have our refund!!! :) :) :) I praise God for that!!! :) :) :) We did it in a different way... We got our credit bank statement and we saw the 197 dollars charged, and next to the description there was an 866 phone number (866-885-8126), so, my husband called them and requested them our money back... It was the only way that worked! :)
I had sent many e-mails requesting technical support first, but no answers, then I sent many more requesting my money back and I got no one answer, then I talked to a supervisor and he hanged me up when I requested my money back, I made many calls and nothing happened... Until we received our credit bank statement, we saw that 866 number and we called them.
So, they gave us a number like a confirmation one and told us to allow them 5-7 business day to receive it back!!!
Keep trying! Try the number I gave it to you!

I got my $197 Refunded!!!!
I got my $197 refunded. I am writing to tell you how to do it. It will take some work on your part. I had no success with Process from Home/Penbrook Productions. I called CareerBuilder and complained to them because the advertisement for Process from Home/Penbrook Productions was on their web site and I wanted it removed. You can call Careerbuilder at (866) 438-1485. It has a Trust and Site Security Team (TSST) it will transfer you to, or you can fill out a complaint online. Go to Careerbuilder.com, then click on Help-Contact us (bottom), then in the Email section, click on Trust and Site Security. Type your complaint, and copy and paste the Process from Home/Penbrook Productions add found on their website. I keep seeing it when I do job searches in the 95677 area code. Here are what they look like:

I was paid because Careerbuilder threatened to pull Process from Home/Penbrook Productions ads if it did not refund my $197 as promised.
I am taking the time to tell everyone this because Careerbuilder is still running the ads. I hope if enough people complain it will pull the ads forever.

riped off no refund, havetried to contact them no reply.
I signed up for angelapembrook Processing rebates, and paid $197.00 all I received is a lot of other places to sign up to and then more over p[ay them money all so.
I have repetedly try to contact them but with no avail have i received any reply or e.mail.
after I requested my refund.
All under names like
angelaPmbrook, angela Stevens, amy (process rebates) Bethany(process rebates, and many more i cant list them all but nothing about my request for my refund of $197.00.
I have sent a mess to their conact us, and suporteam, that the next e.mail would be from my lawyer. still no responce.

scam
After discovering this person(?) had no intentions of delivering on what was promised. I tried several times via email and phone calls and letters to get my moneyback. To no avail, its been a month now and this company has done nothing. I got ripped off royally by this B*****. I have since found several other companies with different names but the same address and phone number. Looks like they are trying to get us no matter what we do.
