This company charged my mobile carrier a monthly payment of $9.99. I called ringtone times to complain about these charges and demanded to be showed proof of how I signed up to the service as well as use it. I attempted to sign up for a free credit report and when I saw that there would be a charge for this I debited out of the info and never entered the info that they would need to charge me. After reviewing my bank statements from Dec. 07 I noticed that they had been charging me $14.95 a month. After contacting this company they informed me that the report had never been viewed and that they would refund the money within 7 to 10 days. I purchased the CD from the website carefully reading the fine print. After 4 weeks and 4 overdrafts on my account later, I just got DRI to refund to me the 39.97 charge they made to my account- and that was after I had to re-fax them their confirmation e-mail that stated that I was all set and that I would not be charged!! I lost my card and they charged me $25 to replace it. They did not tell me there was a charge for lost cards when I called it in. Also - they charge you to pay your bill online. This card issuer allowed a charge to be posted to my account PRIOR to the account being activated. I had a fraudulent charge made on my account, I then closed that account and a new account was opened. I recently moved to Alaska (August 07) and my cellphone started roaming. I immediately contacted Sprint to make sure that I was covered under my "Fair and Flexible" plan.
