A contractor laid tile on three different rooms leaving cracks between the tiles. I've tried several times to get him back out here and he won't come back. Not only the cracks, but he did not put my molding back on. I can't find the molding anywhere. Some tile in the kitchen is lower than the rest. Looks terrible. He also cheated me on the money. I also had him to build a wall in my Florida Room. He had to jack the beam up and when he proceeded with this, he tore up my roof. Agreed to purchase bedroom furniture from J.C. Penney (somewhat hesitantly), agreed on a date for delivery. We did our part to prepare the room. We were given a window of 4 hours (all of which was during the work day which required someone to take off). The bottom line is that George Moving and Storage (contractor) called 4 1/2 hours later to say they were ready to deliver the furniture (in the dark and in the rain) at 9:40 pm on a Friday which we refused. I bought a brand new Saturn Vue and the transmission completely failed at 5000 miles and then 4 more times over the course of my ownership. Saturn will not stand by its work. I was pouring my last few glasses of sweetened tea (the gallon) and inside of it a 4 inch slimy, slug-like substance fell out of the container. My entire family had been drinking the tea for about 2 days and we had been ill every since, thinking it was just a virus. The doctor said that it looks like a slug to her. We are all very ill and my children have been terribly vomiting with high fevers. This company billed my sons' cell number two consecutive months by texting his number. He never initiated a call to them- this is a real scam and I ignored the first hit on my cell phone invoice, but after a second charge I called my provider who told me I needed to contact these thieves. A common pitfall among complainants is that they are being charged for extra services or recurring memberships that they had no knowledge of and did not request. I took advantage of a 10 day free trial of HoodiaFen, and when I received it I had in time did some research and decided I did not want the monthly shipments, however the website that I printed out to cancel out my future shipments is bogus, and there is no such number to contact them nor did any paperwork come with the trial bottle. They never mention that there credit line is for using for there magazines, they just said that it was a credit line to renew my credit and they will send me a card out. I purchased, for $800, a Tru Tech 26" flat panel LCD television at Target. The sound went out just after the 90 day return policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY: My original alarm company sold to this company, the claimed I signed a contract with them and that I must continue the service even after the alarm system is inoperable. Do not have your payments taken out automatically from your account because it is hard to track down where to stop the payments. I never received a contract and is still waiting for them to send one. I too, was suckered in on this scam. They say that they will help you find a Grant that is suited to your needs, but all I found was a bunch of dead ends and several charges on my credit card. I know that I never even entered the passwords that were provided with the disk and yet there are membership dues charged.
