Please do not fall in this trap
I ordered from King of Swords on April 2, 2009. I placed two orders for 7 items that were offered on their website. I never got a confirmation on shipping so asked for a status of order. I never got a reply for my first order and still have not gotten anything from them and it is now April 28, 2009. Order was placed in fulfillment que on the 16th of April (What fulfillment que there is no such thing posted on thier site). I recieved an email about my second order and was told it was held up in customs for some apparent reason. I looked at their site again no such declaration of importing was ever made. I have to file legal papers with my credit card company in order to seek repayment through them for fraudulent charges. All I wanted was a couple of items for decorations now I have over $100.00 vested with absolutely nothing for it!!! PLEASE do not fall in this trap...

Fraudulent Company

BUYER BEWARE!!!
I purchased a cane advertised to be 36" in length and with a solid wood handle. The cane that arrived was only 30" in length and the handle was made of metal. I called customer service (never an answer) and emailed back and forth with a customer service representative for a few days. I was informed that I could not exchange the item because they do not have a 36" cane in stock. Their website lists many canes of 36" in length, by the way. When I asked for a refund they demanded that I pay for return shipping (ok) AND a 20% restocking fee. They repeatedly refused to exchange the item for what I had actually ordered and demanded the restocking fee and shipping costs. They never had my item in stock, but it is advertised on the site. They also request a 20% restocking fee after having sent you the wrong item. This is a scam.

no refund
I placed an order on the 3rd of february 2010 and have still not heard from them and have not responded to any of my calls or e-mails

Not delivering product
I placed an order on Saturday May 29, 2010 for an Airsoft Double Barrel Shotgun @ $14.77
Plus shipping of $8.99 AND tax of $0.89 For a total of $24.65.

This payment was deducted from my credit card on Monday May 31, 2010 in the amount of $24.65

I had tried calling, sending emails, and leaving feedback on the home page, and still I had not received the Airsoft shotgun, or been able to get in touch with anyone at this company, nor have I been contacted even as to date~~~!!!

On Monday, June 14, 2010 I finally canceled the order through the King of Swords website. I did receive a confirmation for cancellation, and a message that my refund would be issued ASAP~~!

Today is Sunday, June 20, 2010 and I still have not been issued the credit for the cancellation...nor any messages or emails or phone calls.

No one answers the phones at King of Swords, nor do they have the courtesy to return a phone call or email.

I will be taking this issue up with Inspector Ronald Scott of the Cobb County Sheriff's Office, The Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs, along with the Local FBI...IF THERE IS NO REFUND ISSUED to my credit card by the end of the business day on MONDAY, JUNE 21, 2010. The money was taken off of the credit card in one day, ...I know it can be refunded in one day as well.

There is also a complaint filed with the Internet Crime Complaint Center regarding this matter.

Please take the opportunity to resolve this immediately, NO LATER THAN close of business, Monday June 21, 2010.

No refund
Despite their claim of "Worldwide Shipping", my order was canceled (even though it is perfectly legal both to buy and own a stun gun in Japan - they are for sale everywhere) and I waited, patiently, for a refund to be issued.

None was forthcoming.

When some weeks had passed and I had to write to ask where my refund was, I was instructed to "contact my credit card company" in order to facilitate my refund. Quite what power they imagined my credit card company had in instructing them to pay me back is beyond me. I had never heard of anything so ridiculous - it is up to King of Swords to refund my money; it is certainly not my credit card company's responsibility.

I was told to wait and that "an e-mail confirmation" would be sent to me when a refund had been issued. So, I waited - and waited - and waited. But, nothing.

I even offered to have the refund made to my Paypal account - no answer.

"The King wants to know what you think!" - really? what evidence do they have for making this claim? I have requested a refund from them time after time and the King does not appear interested in hearing what I think at all.

My advice: AVOID!
Their customer service is non-existent and reflects the quality of the swords they sell - poor imitations of the real thing.

never recieved merchandise
I ordered a sword and a cane sword for a total of over $240.00.
King of swords took my money from my account and I still have not received any of my purchases.
My first order was on Monday October 12th 2009 and I have still not received any thing.

faliure of delivery or communications
Ordered a sword rack after christmas for my son and I have never received it and here it is begining of febuary repeated attemptsby email and phone and nothing

I ordered a Sword from this place almost 2 years ago and I'm still waiting for it. I e-mailed the company and they refuse to answer my e-mails about it. They had already charged my credit card for the sword. I would either like the purchase or my money back plus interest.

non delivery/no refund
Ordered a sword as a Christmas gift in December 2008. Never received merchandise. Called and cancelled order. I was sent an email assuring me that my credit card account would be refunded. Needless to say, that did not happen. Have attempted to contact someone, not just a voice mail, to no avail. This place is nothing but a scam.
