Jan 3, 2008 I was called by a Josh Closs (Clauss?) who offered to sell my timeshare for $27, 000 but I had to advance a $999 marketing fee, refundable after 90 days if the property didn't sell. I paid a premium to ship a book to me within 3 days. One week later, book has not shipped! They have not answered my e-mails. You can not talk live to anyone at their customer service number either. This is an Ebay power seller that resales opened, returned (faulty) video games to unsuspecting Ebay customers. They are a clearing house for retailers that get store returns due to defective merchandise. They only accept Paypal and they only give a replacement, which in my case (and I imagine most cases) is another faulty software title. Most customers leave them feedback right away after using the game lightly. They probably should spend more time with the game before doing so. As of 4/11/08, I still have not received my merchandise nor have I received a refund. I have made more than 10 contacts to this company and they will not return or respond to my calls or emails. My needed a credit report and was told that it was free I let him use my debit card since that time my account has been charged $ 12.95. When I called CIC about this they told me that he should have read the contract which states that if you don't call and cancel the thing they can charge you. This a scam from the start. I believe that this company has possible dishonest links to a reputable credit union falsely using the Verisign logo in conjunction with the credit union's font and logo to obtain funds for a certificate program in rebate processing for which they charge $197.00. I've heard some of these 'independent' credit card processors can be slimy BUT this company takes the cake! THEY Charged a DEAD MAN's account & wouldn't reimburse the nominal fee!! This after i put in writing, etc. & they never got to me so i had to call back. They also saw no credit card activity AND knowing the man who owned the company passed away. Stick to using a certified BANK, not third parties to process credit cards. A bank reimburses quickly to maintain good faith AND good business practices and are regulated better than people running a 'business' out of an 'apartment suite'. read full review »

This company charged me $4, 000 under the pretense that they would renegotiate my $12, 000 debt to the IRS down to about $.30 on the dollar. They were to set up a power of attorney with the IRS and act as my agent to stop any harassment. They were to set up a hearing to renegotiate my debt and ex-IRS agents would use every trick in the book to lower my debt. I hired them November 5, 2007. We booked a vacation after first asking if there was a time-share presentation involved with this package and was told that there was not. We found a beautiful PT Cruiser and made the mistake of buying it from Randall Noe. All of the new cars on the lot had window tint and a $799 price. As it turns out our car had deep sunscreen window tinting from the factory which was included in the window sticker price. We paid for factory tint AND Randall Noe tint on only 2 windows that did not need tinting they were already factory tinted. Consumer be aware: CarFax advertises to all consumers for no discrimination unlimited number of carfaxes for personal use for one month for $29.99. This is a false advertisement since once you log in and you obtain a relatively fair number they deactivate your account.
