This is an Ebay power seller that resales opened, returned (faulty) video games to unsuspecting Ebay customers. They are a clearing house for retailers that get store returns due to defective merchandise. They only accept Paypal and they only give a replacement, which in my case (and I imagine most cases) is another faulty software title. My needed a credit report and was told that it was free I let him use my debit card since that time my account has been charged $ 12.95. When I called CIC about this they told me that he should have read the contract which states that if you don't call and cancel the thing they can charge you. This a scam from the start. I've heard some of these 'independent' credit card processors can be slimy BUT this company takes the cake! THEY Charged a DEAD MAN's account & wouldn't reimburse the nominal fee!! This after i put in writing, etc. & they never got to me so i had to call back. They also saw no credit card activity AND knowing the man who owned the company passed away. This company charged me $4, 000 under the pretense that they would renegotiate my $12, 000 debt to the IRS down to about $.30 on the dollar. They were to set up a power of attorney with the IRS and act as my agent to stop any harassment. In December 2007 we received a FAX from Orlando FL regarding an all-inclusive vacation package to Mexico. We found a beautiful PT Cruiser and made the mistake of buying it from Randall Noe. All of the new cars on the lot had window tint and a $799 price. As it turns out our car had deep sunscreen window tinting from the factory which was included in the window sticker price.
