I have a credit monitoring on my credit and I get a message from the company. I had my ID stolen 5yrs ago, at the time I own 2 cell phones that were also stolen. I was able to catch this before it got out of hand. I made my police reports, knew the person that did this, was able to get everything back, except my phones. Verizon wireless has had the police report number's and the name of the person that stole my ID. Using the Call Centers via the 800 numbers provided by Verizon is pointless, especially for Verizon Online services. They make you perform useless tests that most "intelligent" people would perform on their own before even calling, hence why they are calling for services! Poor customer service! 3 floral items were delivered by this florist to a funeral for a family member. The only info provided on the card was the handwritten name of the sender. Their customer service is rude and curt, they will not let you cancel an order, nor will they listen to you. They lie and say an order has shipped and it has not. Worked for Teton Transportation for 1 year, now from the marks they put on my DAC report I cannot get another driving job. It's not fair that when I started with them they didn't use DAC, during my employment they started using DAC. They proceeded to place preventable accidents on my DAC which I signed a form stating that I would be charged $250 for every PA, well they charged me and also put the marks on my DAC. In 02/08 I went in asked for a rinse, the stylist gave me a permanent color that ruined my hair. I wrote Regis, they refunded my money but said they could not pay me when I had to have all my hair cut (that or buy a wig) so I actually paid them to ruin my hair. I sent them some hair to show how the permanent color ruined my hair. If it hadn't been cut, all the bald spots and missing edges were too noticeable. Ripped Off!!! I had a credit card eight years ago I did not pay for $500.00. Plains Commerce Bank sent me a credit card saying this old credit card would be voided and I would start fresh with my credit. I was shopping today at The Home Depot on Rte 66 in Neptune N.J.& was appalled at the treatment my sister and I received from an employee named Jeanie. I work in customer relations as does my sister and neither one of us would treat a customer the way we were treated. The only saving grace the store has to offer is the store manager Josh. I will be purchasing a new scooter for the 4th time in 5 years. I consider myself a "light" user in that I only use it 2-3 times per week for 2 hours per use. I use it for shopping, museum, or library usage. I don't think that this is a stress for a scooter. At over $1500.00 each time this is a hardship on my disability income. I purchased a brand new LG Dehumidifier from Dimitry Livit from DeHumking in June of 2006. The unit was advertised as new with a 5 year parts and labour warranty. The unit stopped working so I took it to get fixed. I was just informed by a LG Authorized Service Center that the serial numbers had been removed and therefore the unit has no warranty. Mike Lampe- owner of The Real Estate Center in St. Thomas USVI- rented us a boat slip at Sapphire Marina for the month of May 2006. He did not vacate the slip until the middle of May. During that time the new slip manager called us and said we could not move our boat in due to the fact that Mike Lampe was several months past due on his slip rental.
