I downloaded there photo recovery program and the only thing it did was pull photos that weren't lost. It was not able to retrieve the deleted ones. April of 2008 I called the customer service department to cancel my order. I talked to a Ms. Tina, she stated that she would do so, and would send me $100 dollars worth of gas vouchers. $19.95 was withdrawn from my account. I hired scotts in the spring of 2006 to get rid of the weeds in my lawn and help to establish a new bahia grass lawn. The sales rep left me a form indicating which weeds I had and what would be done to fix it. The brochure said "If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right!". Lost a whole day of vacation because USAir flight 473 JFK to Vegas 05/05/2008 9:40 am was cancelled they rebooked us on a American Airlines flight at 4:55pm sat in airport for almost 8 hours was giving nothing not even a food voucher or where to go to other terminal. I actually had a branch manager from the Beaverton Key Bank on Hall curse at me in the parking lot today. I was parked in their parking lot early in the morning with no one around. I walked across the street to the coffee shop and she yelled at me to move my car, because bank customers needed it. Seriously, the bank wasn't open and their were 20 open spaces. When I politely pointed this out, she yelled. "Fine leave it and I'll tow the *** thing." Totally uncalled for and very unprofessional. I have got my first bill from my card. They charged me for a fast card delivery when I did not ask for it. They want to charge me 15.00 to talk to a person. I think this card is a reap off so be very careful when you apply. I am going to cut it up and send it back. Again do not apply for this card. Recently I visited the new East Side Mario’s in Prince George. I was so disgusted with not only the lack of superior customer service, but the melted cheese whiz on the pasta was enough to make a 3 year old gag. In April we took our new puppy to Scott's Valley Veterinary Clinic, Inc. and prepaid a puppy package. Later the puppy's original owners demanded her back, and sadly she was relinquished. I contacted this company and got there material via the internet for download. It was for a program that is supposed to explain how you can make money typing data over the internet. Well, needless to say it only really tells you how to set up an account on Zimbio then goes to explain you need to get accounts with adsense ect. Now that I've pre-paid my entire tile purchase and installation in advance, 6 weeks later my bathroom is ripped apart, they have made 5 botched attempts, haven't ordered the right tile, and the installation is wrong so there are big gaps in the tile and tub enclosure. And, I cannot get a call back from anyone to address this situation. We have been working with them for 6 weeks trying to get them to order the right materials. I had a IPL photo facial there which was done incorrectly and damaged my skin. The settings were to strong and caused fat loss in my face. My skin is now perpetually dehydrated and I look at least five years older. My face can no longer retain moisture. Shizuka's customer service and attention to my problem and complaint was more than lacking. They maintain I was "the only ever to complain", and that they "can't control the aging process"... they were not interested in helping me with this difficult situation and brushed me off. I ordered a watch through Blue Fakes. They made me give them a money order for COD after they called me and told me their computers would be down and they couldn't take my charge card. Then they gave me a cheap phony watch that I had paid $300 for. They will not return calls or email. They have two phony sites that give them good reviews. I has as usual bought my ticket at Egmore station and boarded the train to St. thomas Mount station. An unusual crowd boarded the train at Saidapet station and the whole compartment was packed with no space to move. This is the ladies compartment. And further in Guindy some more got in. Contract was signed on March 30, 2007, to add a handicapped room with handicapped bathroom and sun room area on front and back of house. Did not complete addition even after a year of attempts at redoing all mistakes over and over again. It's happened on May 9th 6:30AM, we took a Nellis cab to the airport today from the Palazzo. On the way I took out my traveller organizer to check the flight number on the front seat. Received a charge of $1.95 that I did not authorize, when I called I was told that this was a download to my computer to start an internet business. I then a few days later received another charge of $59.90, which was a monthly pre-approved web-hosting charge. I believe these 2 companies are related.
