SO FED UP ID LIKE TO SUE EM
I have had nothing but problems with the USPS in Oregon for over 20 years. They constantly Fail to Pick-up out going Items, Deliver mail to wrong address (they deliver my neighbors mail to me and Vice Versa), they have lost packages that took up to 6 months to arrive if they arrive at all and the Icing on the cake STOLEN GOODS that were found in the homes of and on the person of USPS employees. I so fed up I'm looking into going to Law School just so I can take em to court.

post office in Whitehall, Ny 12887
Mail is not being delivered In Whitehall, NY 12887. Saunders street, West st., School street, and others are not getting mail delivered. Only getting mail delivered on Thursdays and Fridays. When I asked about it, the mail person in the post office, I was given excuses such as: Nobody has anything important to deliver, they didn't feel like it, not enough people have mail, I was even told that I didn't have any mail, when I new for a fact that a company had shipped me mail overnight! (went to post office personally to ask them to look for it, the guys working there were rude, and reluctant to search for my mail...But, yes, my mail was there! they just didn't want to be bothered to do their job!) I didn't know that the United states postal workers had a right to decide what mail is deemed important enough to be delivered to me!??? I have gotten so many bills late, that I have incurred late charges on bills that I had no idea that were sitting in the post office. When asked the postal workers about this, they stated that the problem isn't theirs, that it has to be somebody elses's! How can this be when the other half of town gets their mail on time????

United States Postal Service continue to provide unacceptable level of their so-called "service"
This concerns a package delivered to Kelseyville, CA., P.O. On July 11, I received a notice & called immediately. As I am elderly & legally disabled, it is rather difficult for me to get about. I was assured it would be delivered the next day.
The next day a parcel was delivered, but it was the wrong package. I gave it back to the mail-lady who said she had seen my package. She searched the van but it was not there. She told me it may still be at the post office and she would deliver it the next day. Other packages were delivered the next day, so I thought no more about it until I realized that one delivery was quite overdue. The seller forwarded me a tracking number & I was shocked to learn it was delivered fifteen days earlier. A phone call to the post office on July 27, received the response that I could fill out a form to request delivery or I could pick it up. Of course that's a cruel joke, since I'd have to go to the P.O. which is at least 10 miles away to fill out a form.
So my husband took time off and drove to the Kelseyville P.O., but they refused to speak to him since he was not me even though he had called in advance and was expected. My husband -- anticipating this ploy often used by petty bureaucrats to abuse patrons -- and I was in the car.
So I went in, but Mr. Smith decided now to play stupid games and instead of producing the package with speed and perhaps an apology. Instead he had fun making me go through the line a second time and proceeded with deliberate sloth to extend his powers another 15 minutes instead of producing the package.
I was very annoyed and the postmaster, Charles Rick Smith, who told me to get to the back of the line again. After some words he told me I could have my package when he was good and ready to give it to me.
Does an individual officer have this kind of power? It is most unpleasant to be treated so rudely by an employee of the US Post Office. A junior person apologized. The postmaster just sneered at my distress!

Non delivery of mail mail theft from a P.O. Box
There should be a category listing for scams. Because that is what the U.S. Postal service is.
I have a rented Post Office box and have had two car titles stolen, or not delivered to my P.O.Box inside the post office. I had to get in touch with the U.S. Postal Inspectors to get my Federal Disability check for the month of January 2010.
The Shawnee Mission Branch of Mission Kansas took it upon themselves to hold my disability check a couple of extra days.
I pay 22.00 dollars every six months for this P.O. Box.
I have filed a complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector, you want to know what he told me in an email, and I quote, "Its not the duty of the Postal Inspector General's office to look into these kind of situations".
I filed another complaint, actually three now, with the U.S. Postal Inspectors. Folks, the Postal Inspectors are either using Meth or they just don't care. They are about the biggest joke going.
I am going to start a Facebook page for U.S. Postal Service complaints.
The U.S. Postal Service deserves to go broke and be put out of business.
This is only a small taste of what is being planned.
You, U.S. Postal service, you deserve to go down.

mail delivery
a female mail delivery person won't deliver the mail!! Checks don't come, medication does not come, bills etc etc. This is the northest there will be snow, the boxes where I live are shoveled out and the only person that has a problem with getting to the boxes is the mail delivery person. People in vans, compact cars and trucks can all get to the mail boxes just fine. I walk up to mine.
She is in a vehicle, I think it is time to make this route a foot one. This town is no longer as rural as it was. This person is being paid very good money for NOT doing her job. There are plenty of people who would be happy to do it.
This is not acceptable and talking to the MIlton post master does nothing, it would seem that this person does not have do to her job and it is OK.
I would get a box but I work long hours and would not be able to get to the post office in time.
Time to stop giving money to the postal service when they ask again and again!!

Unfair costs and practices
I went in to my local branch of the Post Office (a large station) in Charlotte, NC at about 10:30 AM in the morning, mailed some packages and then tendered a United States Postal money order for $155.00 to be cashed and was told that they did not have enough money in the cash drawers to cash it. That I had to return later in the day. Can you imagine the time wasted and the cost of gas today having to return at a later time?? This seems to be a standard practice with the US postal service, and very unfair to we Americans who have to comply with their unfair costs and practices.
I'll bet that if I wanted a money order for $155.00 and want to pay for it later in the day they would not give it to me.

Lost Package to Cuba

Mlps Minnesota Post Office employee -management misconduct-discrimination complaint
10.9.2009
TO: Whom it may concern!

Attn: Manager Natalie Sorvari & Mary-Joe-sarcastic and condescending attitude

COMPLAINANT: Mr. P. Tejeda
Private Practice Investigations
P0 BOX 600332
E. St. Paul, Minnesota 55106
Discrimination employee misconduct complaint re: Location One
Seeger Square post office
Seeger Square E. St Paul, MN. E. St. Paul, Minnesota 55106-3864
Spanish employee misconduct: Jesse clerk #20
Bill# 1000200267531
Discrimination employee misconduct complaint re: Location Two
Eastern Heights, Oakdale location (Bob) & older Caucasian window clerk Linda-verbally loud, defensive & rude! Oakdale, Mn location Supervisor Mr. Iverson
Summery: On 9.30.2009 I attempted to go to this post office location to purchase some postage stamps for my five letters. Postal employee Jesse rudely and discriminately, disrespectfully greeted me! This is my third appearance at this location, which is connected to this small strip mall storefronts that also house/lease Rainbow foods grocery store.
Jesse seemed to be in an ornery, foul impatient mood and was also argumentative and defensive with me!
Addressing me as a child or animal! On further note Jesse also smelled like he needed a bath as he is an extremely oversized male that sits in a chair at the customer service window all day with an ornery and stern attitude. Customers/citizens should not have to be subject to this type of discourteous misconduct and or behavior.
This is the third post office within less then a years time around the E. Saint Paul Minnesota area that has been getting numerous complaints and negative ratings with it’s management/supervisor/employee customer relations and discriminatively run business! Including the Dayton’s Bluff location & Eastern Heights, Oakdale Mn. window teller (Bob) verbally calling a Caucasian woman customer stupid in a joking disrespectful manner! Bob seems to frequently be in a defensive, stern mood during window customer transactions with other selective customers as well from time to time.
Furthermore, at the Seeger post office location when I asked for a manager or supervisor on duty I was rudely and sarcastically given a name of Charlie. However, this man was unavailable for customer complaints/concerns at the time…So when I got to my home/residence I attempted to call customer service hotline for the USPS @ 1-800-275-877 Unfortunately, this number and department customer service computer’s were allegedly down, at the time, only to file a complaint, not to purchase postage and or track or to ship a package! I was told to call back later that night or tomorrow to file a consumer complaint.
As of receipt of my/this original complaint over a week later after submitting a verbal complaint to Minneapolis Northland district Consumer Affairs manager Mrs. Natalie Sorvari t: 612.349.4401 who was to return my calls regarding a previous complaint months ago and never did! This Location and office/department has been recently unresponsive to my letters. However, I did manage to file another verbal complaint the following day over the telephone with a familiar over sarcastic woman by the name of: Mary-Joe hotline t: 612.349.6388 f: 612.349.3512
Please properly, investigate
Sincerely and respectfully a concerned customer/consumer Mr. P. Tejeda

Stolen Packages
I have had two packages stolen in the month of August. One a webcam and the other cellulite cream. The postman claims he delivered these items. That is a lie. I believe either the postman or someone at that post office is stealing the mail. When I spoke to Travis he told me: "I can assure you the postman is not stealing your packages." Another lie. Someone is. He also told me they probably did not deliver your package. Meaning the sender. I said to myself this guy is either not with it or just plain stupid. I told him I had a tracking number and it shows it went thru your post office. I told him I was going to report them to the PostMaster General. He said on two different calls: "Maybe you should." This is why they are going out of business. Damaged packages, stolen mail and packages, poor customer service, and other issues. I have gone into the post office on several occassions. Very few were pleasant. They have an attitude right off the bat. If you are missing mail or packages make a complaint. My mother had her social security check delivered to the wrong address. She signed up for automatic deposit with her banks. The postal people are very incompetent.
