I would like to know if there is any legal recourse we can take for this fraud? When talking to the lady on the phone, she was very curt. She said the items are free but you have to pay shipping. Atlantic Auto Mall rips people off especially seniors. I bought a new car there and they sold me gap insurance which comes free in New York State with the auto loan. The Atlantic finance dept told me that it would cost me $9.00 per mo for the life of the loan or 60 months (540.00). This company sells knock off equipment, but lists it as the real thing. I ordered a rainbow hose. I even called first to make sure it was the right one and he said it was. I ordered photos online to be printed and picked up in the Naugatuck, CT CVS. While they were ready on time, half of them were cropped VERY poorly--to the point where it ruined the picture. Also the website stated that my total would be 57 cents due to the fact that I got 20 free prints for signing up online. I was in Kmart on Saturday 6-14-08 and all they had was lane 4 open and the quick lane.
