I ordered sample of Acai Berry of the internet and now I get charges from Pricesavers for $8.51 on my debit card that are unauthorized. I have called the number listed by the debit on my bank print out. They kept me on hold forever and I hung up. Apparently this is a scam. We had our Dish Network disconnected to an outstanding bill. I got a bill in the mail for apx 230.00 for services that I did not recieve. I called customer service and they told me that my bill had been adjusted to 122.00 which was correct, and that I would incur a 25.00 reconnect fee. I tried to get the fee waived but was hung up on twice while trying to talk with a supervisor. I called back and the automated system said that I owed 122.00 plus the 25.00 fee. I can't believe it. I just got a phone call from National Grant telling me that I qualify for a government grant, to go to requestagrant.com or call 202-683-1404. Needless to say I went to this site first and never went to theirs thank goodness. They said that there are thousands of dollars available and you need to go to the site or call to receive it. Then I Google it and find all these complaints. I am so thankful that I checked this first. SO, I've been working at Sears for a while now and lately I have not received a pay check. It's been almost a moth now and I still haven't got paid. Our manager has an attitude problem and since it's not her check she's been lazy about it. She was supposed to call her boss but she lies a lot so who knows! I was automatically enrolled in their membership even though I declined membership when I ordered 3 books from discountbooksale.com. An unauthorized $1 fee was immediately posted to my debit card, I assume for the membership fee. I was able to submit a complaint at smartsavingscenter.com and then to submit an online cancellation of the 'free' 7 day membership. I purchased an adapter for my MacBook and requested FedEx 2nd day. Turns out that the order was canceled because the shipping and billing addresses were different (part of their fraud policy). This policy was not stated on the website, and I did not receive the email that customer service said they sent out when I called them 6 days later. Well my Mom did like the Jacket and it arrived in average time. However, I decided to purchase it from shop.com because it was the cheapest price and it was only the cheapest because of $10 off. But they didn't mention that the $10 off that shows off in your cart is something that takes up to 45 days to process and won't shop up on your credit card bill until it's processed. So they give you the illusion it's right away, you even type in a coupon code, so now I get to wait till near the end of January to see if I need to complain to them a second time. read full review »

Bad service! I ordered an LCD cable for a Compaq V2000 and they sent me the wrong cable. No big deal right? Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. I double checked my invoice and it was obvious that they just sent me a different cable than the one I ordered. So I attempted to contact them. I entered a 8 day rental contract with Colones Auto Rental, and on the morning of the fourth day the car DIED on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. I promptly contacted Colones, told them of the situation and the location, and they assured me that they would send a tow truck and take care of the problem. I recently purchased the two sets of sheets from Haband for a total of $47.00 and change. I have now washed them three times to try to get the gas smell out of them and the third time--before I have even used them-- all of the sewing on the top of the sheets is coming out. I have thrown away all of may packages because they did fit the bed and am sorry I did or they would definitely be on their way back to haband. I bought a full computer from this company. The guy I bought it from was very rude, and didn't like the fact that I was trying to customize my computer. I ended up just going with one of their "packages" because he tried to charge an arm and a leg for changes. I bought it at the actual store in Austin, and I even bought a four year warranty. I ordered 2 Visonik V123BP subwoofers back in July one was broke/damaged when shipped. I was charged for both. UPS picked up the damaged one on 8-23-05. I never received the replacement one or was my account credited. The phones suck and are shut off or something and I can't get back on the web site. What is with this? My son was in the NICU Nov 30, 2006- December 6th, 2006. The balance was 0 in Novemeber 2007. and Now I just recieve another bill with charges of his NICU stay now stating we owe 92.22. We don't pay anything for well visits for BCBS and he should only have 1 co-pay for $15.00 from a sick visit on 1-19-08. They are committing fraud! 100% thieves. I got my money back (eventually) but if not as persistent as I was, the will keep your $$.They sent me grey market product and charged me for US. Also $55.00 shipping for a $850.00 lens. I ended up keeping the lens and got a refund back for the overcharge and ALL of the shipping charge. How did I accomplish this? I wore then down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. I hate these guys SO MUCH! I was so happy at first to find a great deal on a Nikon D40. They called and 'confirmed' my address, and told me the battery it came with only lasted 15 minutes. They said they'd sell me a 5 hour one for $70 more with a charger. Well, it's still a good deal for the better battery so I said ok. I had some of the same problems others had. In my case disputing the charges with my credit card company got me my money back. 1. They sold me a remarked Athlon XP 2500+ as a 3200+. 2. They charged me tax even though I'm not in their state. 3. They were completely non-communicative, when you email them or use their web support form you just get a stupid faq email in response.
