Bad service
I am looking for people who have had problems with this company to file a lawsuit against them for fraudulent business practices. I files with the BBB but they could not help me and had allot of other open pending cases with this company.

My experience... I purchased memory and motherboard from the. Motherboard was bad and they sent the wrong memory stick. Contacted them and they gave me BS in their own words "we don't make mistakes, this has never happened to us before". After a lot of hassle trying to get someone to be honest and straight with me and speaking directly with someone, I was told was the company owner, they agreed to RMA the memory and fix the problem. I was so upset with how this was going I ended up taking care of the motherboard problem on my own. I sent the memory back return receipt, registered mail so I have proof that they got it and someone signed for it. After a major hassle trying to get in touch with them because I had not received a replacement, I found from BBB that they had gone out of business. I still feel they own me and all the other people who they have more than likely also screwed along the way. If you have had problems with them and feel they owe you please e-mail Nicole at [email protected]. I am trying to gather up enough people to file a big complaint with the California state attorney office.
