Took the vehicle in for it to be looked at, was told by the service dept and by the manager that nothing could be done. I paid it off with my Capital One credit card for 4.99% int. Findlay sent the check for $2, 335.25 to Bank of America. BofA signed it over to me. There is actually numerous drivers upset. We drive cars to and from auctions and do dealer trades. Five weeks ago a crew of four went to Houston Texas to pick up 3 cars bought at a Smart Auction. Upon our arrival we were told another dealership from Longview Texas had already picked up the cars. I just wanted to inform you of an unpleasant experience I had with one of the local merchants, Cobbler's Corner, of Northville. I try to frequent the merchants in my local town. I have periodically taken shoes and things to the Cobbler's Corner for repair. He does not do a great job, and is rather expensive, but again I want to support my hometown. We leased an Escalade from Allen Cadillac in Laguna Niguel, CA in June. Because we purchased upgrades, we had to take the vehicle back in to install the new rims and grille. I have been trying for more than three weeks to get some tech support with this unit that is malfunctioning. I was told that tech support was on vacation for two weeks. Then, was told that the owner, Nick, could help me. I left numerous messages for Nick as well as e-mail messages. He has returned none of my messages and is always "out" or "away" when I call. I recently purchased a shirt from Cologe Denim outlets in Bear. The shirt deteriorated in the wash all the "designs" (or stencils) fell off the shirt even though the HANES tag said machine washable. I paid $20 for what I thought was a original product but was just a Hanes Tee which is clear stipulation to American Trademark Laws. You can not resell someone's product just because you have a stencil kit, glitter, and a idea. Do not select Evercare as a health insurance or a medicare supplemental insurance. I work in health care industry and they are the worst at trying to get coverage for healthcare expenses they are suppose to cover. In February, my husband ordered a product called Extenze (sp?). The product was charged shortly thereafter. The product was a joke. Let the buyer beware. On July 14, 2009, I ordered 3 magazines from Delta. I have called many times b/c I have never received 2 of the 3 magazines - People and J-14.
