I had employed ABH Packers & Movers for transfer of my household goods and car from Gurgaon to Hyderabad.

Door-to-door service was promised to me for both Car and Goods. The total charges was fixed at Rs 32, 500(invoice serial no: 461) including door-to-door delivery and unpacking charges(I have a signed bill for this).

I paid an advance of Rs 16, 000 to ABH(loading slip serial no: 307) on 13th Mar 05.

After reaching Hyderabad, I had to pay Rs 2700) for my Car(Tanwar Cargo Carriers consignment note: 232) and Rs 19, 500 (Rs 17, 800 Freight charges, + Rs 1700 loading & godown charges)(Tanwar Cargo Carriers consignment no: 235). My Car was not delivered and I had to go and collect it. For my furniture also, I had to go to the godown which is about 40 KMs from my house.

Moreover, no unpacking was done and I had to pay Rs 300 to get things unpacked.

So, when the initial price was Rs 32, 500, I finally paid Rs 38, 500 (16, 000 + 2700 + 19, 500 + 300). I have bills for all of these, except the last Rs 300.

Also, my furniture was received in a very bad state.

The damages are:-
Centre table glass : Totally broken
Mirror: Totally broken
Dining Table frame: broken
Bamboo Sofa: Broken
Showcase glass: Partially broken
Fridge: Dented, stand broken
Almirah: Badly damaged.
