Received a notice from bankruptcy court for this company

I purchased a logo package in May of 2005. I researched quite a few different web companies, and I really liked the quality of the sample logos provided by Logosharx.

Each revision took a very long time (longer than the 5 days specified), and finally I thought it was close to complete. The package I ordered included business cards, letterhead and envelopes.

I have yet to recieve them, and today recieved a notice from Bankruptcy court for this company, so its unlikely I will receive anything.

Their website is still up however, and appears to still be taking orders.

Logosharx required full payment in advance, so it seems they have little incentive to do the work for me now

I have been trying to get a logo design from LOGOSHARX since August (it is now November 7th). Each round of revisions has taken 2-3 weeks, even for small changes. On September 28th, I requested some specific changes - color, outlines of letters. THREE WEEKS LATER, I was sent revisions that did NOT reflect my requests. I have been emailing repeatedly since then, but have not received a single reply.

I have been waiting to print letterhead and business cards for months, and as a new business owner, this is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Logosharx required full payment in advance, so it seems they have little incentive to do the work for me now. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can help me pursue a refund of my $200.
