Ordered a Treadmill online from the above website on Aug 15th, 2007. On Sept 4, 2007, we received an Elliptical Trainer instead. The Elliptical Trainer was picked-up on Sept 20th, 2007, by Old Dominion Freight (who screwed up the paperwork.) However the distributor Keys Fitness, for the above company has recieved the Ellpitical back. I recently ordered sports goggle frames (frames only without lens) from this company. Was told one to two weeks of shipping at the time when ordered. Its now four weeks since placing the order and still not receive the product. Called the company at the second week after order, was told that the product will be shipped very soon. Then called the company during the third week after order, was told that the product will be sent using an upgraded shipping so I can receive the product in 4 days. I had an unauthorized charge as well. I logged into my account and there is no information on the source of this charge. The date of the charge does not correspond to any auto renewal. Amount $49.99. Making matters worse, I don't think the software is very effective. It never finds any viruses or gives any insight into intrusion attempts. Bought 5 bug zappers from them. all received with minor defects that are not disclosed in product descriptions. It is obvious the mechandise are factory seconds. I am trying to find an apartment to rent in Brooklyn, NY. Searching on craigslist I found a GREAT apartment. I just got off the phone with Waterboss customer service. I have owned one of their water softeners for about 5 years and the thing has not worked properly since day one. Paid for items, dropped out of program, and they will not give items that were paid for, which were bought prior to cancellation. All other parents have receive their items, but since cancellation, I have been in contact and there has not been a straight answer on where my items are. I went into the store and ordered tile. My original intent was to pay by the credit terms that PINO TILE and Mohawk flooring offered. A PINO TILE REP came out and measured. Days later the workers came out to install the tile. A couple days later they were done. When we first moved in, didnt have access to the storage unit, I left a message on the answer machine, and week later they finally cut the lock off. I also called about the light bulb on the stairway to the basement that took a week too to replace. One washer never worked. Our laundry card was given to us bent, and had a hard time working. May 11 2005, we purchased the best set of appliances Electrlux Home Products make, Frigidaires Pro Series, On Dec 15. Only 7 months later we had to repair the ice maker under warranty ( no problem) well it never got fixed till late Jan/06. On Feb 21/06, The repairman made another house call to repair the ice maker again, Well it never got fixed till Mar 29/06. I have hughs net for 13 months. I have a problem with my hardware. I was a few days late calling so my warrnety is over. They wanted me to run "speed test" which took me 3 days and several hours of my time!!! They said I needed a repair person at $125 for a diagnostic plus a repair person for work plus parts. WILD BLUE is in my area now with local people, and a much better service. For those who must have Hughes Net maybe you will have to do what we did-Pray and ask God for an alternative. This company is not very responsible. I placed an order for an item that was stated as being in stock at the time I placed the order. It was to be shipped with in 5-7 business days. After two weeks I contacted customer service via email. I was informed that the item was on backorder and that my credit card would not be charged until the item was ready for shipment. I was given a new shipment date. I cancelled the order since it was going to be 2 more weeks! When my credit card statement arrived I found that they had already charged my card for the item the day after I originally ordered it.
