This establishment billed my credit cards for services not received. They also over billed me. They billed three different cards three different times. This was all done AFTER I had paid them upon check out. The management was sincere with regret, however, they are the ones who continued to make the billing mistakes. I moved into a rental property that has an inground pool. The owners previously used this company so I called to get estimates for opening my pool. They couldn't give me a price or a day/time they would be able to schedule me. Feeling uneasy after talking to them I decided NOT to use their service. I signed a contract for a guarenteed loan, to recieve it within 24hrs. They pushed me around for a week saying it'll be there between 1&3, 1&5.Than they wanted $750. for insurance, i called them with the insurance & they say ok between 1&3 youll recieve the funds, never recieved it! than i call them back today and they say that they backed out on it and it will take up to 15days to recieve all of my refund, but it took an hour to recieve it. I had been a US Bank customer for 3 years (until yesterday!) and after fighting with them for over a month, I am no longer with them.
In July, I went to the ATM only to be told my card had expired, but I had never received a new one in the mail. The teller in the bank ordered me a new one and when I got it, I activated it over the phone and set my pin.

I bought a car from Kar-Plus the end of March. I have had so many problems with the vehicle. The fist time I went to out gas in the car I noticed there was no gas cap, then the side mirror fell off and had to be replaced, then the ignition froze because of the worn key so they both had to be replaced, with in four months of having the car I've had to put all new tires and now the altinators is out. Father And Son Moving and Storage refuses to accept responsibilty for damages, or even offer any reasonable insurance options. They showed up for the move with no equipment for moving my piano, even though they knew one was being moved. They manhandled it up the steps, scratching the finish on every push. We we consistantly told different rates for our loan and everytime they were called on it, they denied it. Closing costs went from no closing costs to around $5000 after all was said and done. Spent hours on the phone and faxing in documents. Was told that was it and then the next day was asked for tons more.
After the papers were signed, nothing. Not a call or message to make sure things were ok.

I was refused service today after being a patient for over 2 yrs because I complained to the manager all the issues I've been having with their facility. Jocelyn, (the regional manager of Pinole Dental in Pinole CA 94564) embarrassed me and had me crying in front of all of the patients and her staff, I missed my appt. because I wanted to talk to her and she refused to re-schedule my appt. I am unable by phone (minimum wait on the help line and cannot speak with a live body) to cancell this service. Being a novice on the computer when I was notified the Norton was expiring I thought I had to signup. I did not realize that I have security with AOL.
I wish to cancell this service ASAP. I initiated this service in February via my credit card. The actual date of a partial install was 02/18//08. If this is not the correct channel to cancell - please advise how to do it.

I purchased a pair of burberry frames in february 08 about 220. In June I went in for an adjustment on Sunday. Monday morning I noticed the sparkles on the side had begun to fall off. I ordered 1GB of DDR 3200 memory from Partspc.com. A few days later the RAM arrived but when it was installed in my machine it registered as 512MB. At first I thought it might be an issue with my machine so I tried the RAM on another laptop that was a different make and model and it also registered as 512MB.
