I received a "live check" from "Orchard Bank" (nothing on the exterior about CompleteHome or any other company). I opened the check ($5.00) and, again, saw Orchard Bank and nothing in large or regular print about CompleteHome. I placed an order on 1/7/08 for delivery on 1/8/08 based on their website's promise of same-day or next-day delivery. We ordered a Eurocave 500 at the beginning of November. Was not told it was a 2 piece cooler and it is pictured as one. When Home Direct (a whole other problem) finally delivered them - one of the doors was messed up. Emailed and called about the problem. they were very nice on the phone - I emailed a picture to describe the problem. No response. No response. Finally had my husband call supervisor. SikaBond T55 required Trowels do not exist. I had to purchase SikaBond T55 glue because it was required for the Bruce wood floor I was installing. It turns out the recommended trowel does not exists so the warranty does not have to be honored by any of the manufactures. Interesting scam. I has never happened to me in the past but i was in a peculiar situation recently because of the tactics used b www.yahoo.com & www.flickr.com. Problem is : I was a frequent user of yahoo photos to upload my pics and managing as well as sharing them within my close circle but about 6 months back yahoo shifted my photos to Flickr.com. Biblesoft's PC Study Bible 5 is very buggy and frustrating to use. (I have the Professional version 5.0e.) It freezes at times, has access violations and crashes, looses "focus" that is, you can be at one location in the Bible and when you select another Commentary, instead of keeping at the same location for the new Commentary, it freezes all too often and goes way off somewhere else in the Bible. I was with Hughesday back when it was Direct Way. I wasn't crazy about the company, but since we in Lamoine do not qualify for Al Gores remote area DSL program (sic) I was forced to pay the high prices of Hughesnet for my home business. I bought all my equipment, since in the winter I would have to shut down my service to visit my company locations. I needed the faster speed, and in order to get that had to get the 7000 router. I been using the Airtel prepaid card and these Card i use only for the GPRS and nothing else. Once in a week i activate some time more than tat. The day when i activate the balance is deducted but tan too sometime double or more than tat its automatically deducted when i try to complain through customer care they talk so rude and make me confuse. I recently stumbled upon one of Amie's complaints. I read it objectively and sent her a response via email. After doing so, I decided to take a look at Amie's complaint posts. I literally started laughing so hard that I spilled my water onto my mouse and had to go grab my wireless mouse. Apparently, if I were Amie, I would have sent a complaint to the company that manufactured my mouse because it stopped working after I spilled water on it. When I check if there was a response to my reply email giving the personal information that they needed, I was suspicious that it was a scam so I searched the internet if there were similar promos like that. I have called Windstream numerous times about the dsl not funtioning properly from 10pm to 7am by shutting off. I then unplugged the modem, plug it back in, reboot my computer constantly. They say it is my inside house phone lines. I find it interesting that my phone lines can tell time. They work during the day up to 9:30 or 10pm. I dont have access during the day since I am gone or busy. So what am I paying for. This has interupted my bidding online, my billing and conversation. read full review »

DHL is the WORST! The only way they stay in business is because they are the least expensive option for delivery. The only problem is that it's a crap-shoot as to whether or not your items will be delivered on time. The only reason I use DHL is because my company makes us use them. I would say 1 out of every 5 packages sent out doesn't arrive when it's supposed to. Today it happened to be a personal delivery sent that was my sister's birthday present. Hello All Today I tried to register a domain name through Yahoo and after I made the purchase I realized that they will be charging me $34.95 for every year after the initial period ends. I cancelled my purchase immediately. (Approximately 5 minutes after the purchase) If I buy a car, you can bring it back in 5 minutes but Yahoo does not reimburse the fee they charged for. My MotherInLaw, a senior, called Telus asking how she could reduce her long distance. They told her she should use email with an EasyPC plan, and signed her up. She has no clue to how to use a computer. Moreso, it keeps breaking down, and as a non english speaker she has a lot of trouble with the tech support. I purchased my Sis a Earthlink Mailstation as a replacement for her old one which is worn out. She is disabled and her only access to the outside world as so many elderly and disabled.
