I ordered an HP Color Laserjet 3600 printer from NextWarehouse.com. I got it and it didn't work the way it was supposed to. They directed me to HP's tech help. I spent 3 weeks trying to resolve the issue over the phone with HP. I called Nextwarehouse's return service so I could return the printer. I went in to purchase a few items at around 7pm tonight. When I walked in the door there was extremely loud rap music playing to the point that I couldn't even concentrate on what I was doing. I ordered a pair of sweatpants and have never received them. Only an email stating the order is being processed, but no other information. Not even the invoice ID number. The phone numbers are no help. One number says the mailbox is full. I have sent countless emails. Not one response. My credit card has alredy been charged. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I plan to contact the California Consumer Fraud department to file a complaint. I think this e-retailer should be investigated. Purchased a rebuilt Mercruiser 454 Marine engine with a 2 year unlimited hours warranty.The engine failed after 6 hours of use due to salt water intrusion. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Appalling customer service!! I purchased a bassinet from this company through Amazon earlier this year and it was recalled by the government in August due to infant deaths. We experienced malfunctioning A/C in a Hawaiian home rented from Luxury Retreats. As an adjustment, we requested compensation but were only given a 5% discount on future rentals. When we indicated this was inadequate and requested a 5% payment, we were refused. They say they value customer service but failed to deliver. This company sells its products in multiples for discounts, but only gives a six month warranty. I purchased a total of six units from ABC to get the better pricing, and I keep these new kits ready for my printing needs. I purchased a nobelcom card to use from US to call Germany. the toll free no. they gave me didn't work: it was aither busy or got no answer. It appears that is one of the ways Telus makes a profit. They put $211.00 cancellation fee on my credit card. I phoned in October and they agreed it was an error and would reverse the amount. It is now December and the reversal did not come through. I phoned again and the credit had not been processed. The first person told me that I would have to call the credit card company and initiate a dispute. I rented a system from Turning Technologies thinking that TurningPoint was a reliable service. The system provides real-time feedback from people in a business meeting. Well, the technician they sent was nice, but didn't really know his product. The worst part was that during the meeting the system would not work. Thought I signed up for the one annual free credit report. Next month I receive a bill from my credit card company with a MONTHLY service charge of $21.90 from CIC. CIC claims that when you sign up for the FREE credit report you are also consenting for them to charge you monthly for their services. When asked what their services are, they did not know!!!
