I ordered a surround sound system online, and it was delivered by UPS. I have requested a phone call 15 minutes before they arrive at my house so I can be there to receive it and let them pick up the other pkg that this one was replacing! the delivery guy, dropped it at my front door (it's a $900 system with the picture on the front), the box was all banged up and tore up. I just happen to be checking the tracking a couple of hours after it was delivered. What kind of way is that to run a delivery business?? read full review »

I received a couch from this company about two weeks ago. We had just moved to a new place and needed to get some furniture until we could outright some. I also have a tv and a washer and dryer. I want to escalate our issue with our broadband internet service. Sine we signed up for it, we never received quality service. It's either we are not able to connect to the internet or after we are connected, it loses it's connection after 5-10 mins. We called the hotline several times, but all they could is to provide us with a ticket # which I think were never addressed. I am going to give my opinion on all of those people who ruin MMO games by cheating. Evony otherwise known as civony is a web based or browser based MMORPG with a little RPG real time strategy thrown in for good measure. They are famous for their naked women advertisements and forum spam to get people to play it. It is a pretty good game though and it is a bizzare mixture of civ and starcraft and a little wow too. I was turned over to a collection agency allied who ge turned me over to I contacted them and disputed the bill and they gave me the run around I even faxed paperwork to them stating where I paid the bill. They are rude and I can understand but I paid the bills I finnaly got tired of arguing with them and paid the amount. I have been problem with Magic jack for a long time, every month they make some changes and then no one able to recieve calls from any cell phone carrier. I was not aware of these charges $59.00. I ignored the account because I never activated the account. Guess what, they will still charge you even if the account is not being used. What a scam. The last email I had from Get on Media was from July 6th 2010 telling me the acount has not been activated. They know the account is not activated but they still continue to bill. You would think with their vast technology, they would send a follow up email alerting the consumer that they are being charged $59.00 even thought the account is not active. I was injured on the the job 2.5 years ago. The company insurance denied my accident ever happening. So, I called an attorney to handle my case. They seemed like they knew what to do, and how to handle my case. 2 years later, i was told to go to Beverly Hills for an evaluation of my injury. Little did they tell me was, that the appointment had been cancled! I was not even contacted for this. Anyways, i got into a fender bender and lost my car!!! The attorney did nothing about it! He says things about them that is not true, uses horrible language in his youtube video, I hope pre paid brings a suit against him to shut him up! I signed up for a member ship on Zoosk. Ended up meeting someone and decided to cancel my membership. I followed the instructions, but was not allowed past the survey part and actually cancelling the membership. I tried to call their office in Californina. All you get is a recording that they cannot service customer calls and to email them. On their help questions, they specifically state that they cannot guarantee they can reply to your email. It wasn't until I threatened legal action (after waiting more than 55hrs) that they refunded my money. This flower company is unreliable. I have ordered a beautiful arrangement showing on their website, in a large size.. The design, the colors, SIZE everything was wrong. How do people live like that, letting down to (my guess) so many people on their special occassions? I checked my Pay Pal transaction history and I found People Smart had made an unauthorized charge on my account. On 01/27/11 I made two authorized payments to People Smart totaling $69.90 for a one year unlimited search. However, on 02/03/11 an additional charge of $35.40 appeared on my account with no explanation. People Smart has agreed too refund $65.35. I am no longer a member but they still owe me $39.95. Their feeder bind up from feed dust that the unit dispenses and unit has to be taken apart every time you filled unit up. company want you to send unit back form to check and customer service want listed about problem. The reward card has no fine print such as cannot be clubbed with promos etc. Only it had an expiry date. I also had a 20% OFF coupon. Be careful with this company "A&W MEDICAL SUPPLY". I'm not sure if they really exist at all as a legit company. I believe they are fraudulent. Don't give out your credit card information. Bought a Franklin recliner from American home furnishing in July. had it replaced within two weeks, with same chair.by December that chair was falling apart. After calling the company I was talked to rudely and they then explained to me that they were a third party company. I thought I was paying for better seats, not seats that could have been purchased when I arrived at my destination. Do NOT Go to SONO BELLO anywhere, they are all the same! High pressure sales pitch, charge you the day of your consult, not the 14 days prior to your procedure like the contract says and then won't refund if you change your mind. Our legal system never ceases to amaze me. We had a non-paying tenant occupying our property that refused to pay rent and actually claimed that our property caused damage to her health and priceless personal items. Went to court to formally evict said tenant and paid substantial fees along the way. Won our case, tenant finally left, still has not paid and now have learned that more time and fees are involved with trying to collect the money awarded from our case. Is it just me or does the innocent person get crapped on in this long, expensive and very time consuming process? Seems like there has to be a better way. read full review »

I have two internet protection somehow I have been charged twice and both are running at the same time. My hearing loss had increased to the point where I needed hearing aids. I got tested, established my hearing loss, and got fitted for hearing aids. The "Professional" that fit me convinced me to buy Oticon Vigo Pro digital hearing aids. I have had them 3+ years, and they have never worked right. Units have been replaced, speakers replaced, and so on-to no avail. Please don't spend $3800 foolishly like I did, but another brand if you can find one that works. After hearing of this great offer (like they make it sound) I was really happy. Then I seen the interest rate...wow, but if you really need it to start a business like me I was willing. They told me I needed my down payment (which was 2 payments plus a $300 non-refundable application fee). He made it sound like I would have no problem getting the loan, but drafting my money from my acct within 24hrs, they were not able to approve me & made $300 off of me.
